Supersprint Inc. was formed in 1955 with a
single objective — to design and build the
highest quality exhaust systems in the
world. That objective has been the driving
force behind each Supersprint product,
from the first system built, to those being
developed for the future.
When you purchase a Supersprint product,

Dyno-testing
All design is validated by extensive testing,
which includes hours of dyno testing on
Supersprint's exclusive in-house Maha 4-
wheel chassis dynamometer. In fact, no
other exhaust manufacturer, race team
engine testing department or car manufacturer has the performance evaluating experience of Supersprint.
The Supersprint dyno performs over 1,000
test runs each year.
The engineering staff at Supersprint are
often called upon to provide closed-door
dyno testing for the world’s top racing
teams. Private teams and factory teams
alike depend upon the extensive knowledge
of Supersprint to prepare for world class,
rally and road race events.
All this experience provides the Supersprint
staff with a database of powerband information unequaled in the industry.
Product development
Supersprint does it’s homework on the
dyno, the street, and the track. Extensive
knowledge has been earned on thousands
of cars around the world. This knowledge
provides Supersprint with theuncanny ability to extract power from engines, when
other exhaust manufacturers can produce

are dramatically increased by

retaining factory OEM diameter tubes.
We know it is actually easier to lose horsepower through misuse of larger diameter
tubing and badly designed silencers.

and a domestic Stainless system, the

improvement over the Factory M3 system.
The domestic system was actually more
restrictive than the factory M3 system.
Longevity
To protect against corrosion, each nonstainless system receives an aluminized
coating inside and out, with an additional,
exterior layer of black powder coat. All
internal tubing, resonators and tail pipes
are stainless steel.

All seams are welded, not
crimped. This prevents
corrosive moisture buildup in critical areas. Heavy
duty, 1.5 mm metal is used
in stainless steel systems
and is aluminized in nonstainless systems.
Stainless steel components
are used internally in all high
heat areas. Sound packing is
stainless steel wool and longstrand rockwool. These
materials ensure sound
integrity for years. All
systems are TUV approved
for quality construction and
sound levels.
Tubing is 1.5 mm mandrelbent, stainless steel for maximum flow, minimum number
of welds, and
resistance to stress cracking.
Diameters are dyno tested
for ideal back pressure and
all around superior engine
performance.

A supersprint exhaust tip is a visual statement
of quality that says nothing has been taken
for granted. A statement of performance that
has been dyno proven in extensive testing.
And on your car, it is a statement of your
knowledge and acceptance of only the best
for your automobile.
While many see exhaust tips as only a style
statement, the world’s top tuners recognize

Many of the systems listed on the following pages are
offered with tip style choices. When you locate your car,
look at the application tables and select the tip that you prefer. Tips available other than
the tip/s on the photo shown for the system, are shown in the section identification bar, at
the top of the section. Whichever one you select for your application, you can be sure that it’s

1. All headers are built by only the most experienced master craftsmen. Each unit is manufactured using solid welding jigs. Flanges are bolted to the jig to avoid distortion during the welding
process. 2. The R&D department works continuously on new products. Each vehicle may be tested with several different header and muffler designs, until the maximum torque and horsepower
have been achieved. Each vehicle may be on the dynamometer for several hours before prototypes are certified for production.

3. To qualify for ISO 9001 certification, each assembly step is meticulously documented. The manufacturing process mandates consistency in materials and production quality. 4. The in-house tool & die
department manufactures all the special dies required to manufacture the unique tail pipe tips. This department is also responsible for building the hundreds of
special assembly jigs required for the various years and models of cars. 5. The Supersprint warehouse stocks as many as 20,000 exhaust components at any given time, for
worldwide distribution.

steel. The conservative styling of the Speed line round tips are an excellent alternative to
the factory chrome tips. The patented 2 bolt mounting system makes for fast and secure
installation. Each tail pipe includes an allen wrench for easy D.Y.S. installation. Tips are sold
