The Work of the Antichrist
The Work of the Antichrist The Truth about Catholicism “It has always been easy to show, that the Church which has its seat and headquarters on the seven hills of Rome might most appropriately be called ‘Babylon’, inasmuch as it is the chief seat of idolatry under the New Testament, as the ancient Babylon was the chief seat of idolatry under the Old….If the position I have laid down can be maintained, she must be stripped of the name of a Christian Church altogether.” The Two Babylons, Alexander Hislop, Chick Publications, pages 2, 3. The Truth about Catholicism Is Roman Catholicism a Christian Church? There are two sides of Catholicism: • Exoteric (for the deceived) • Esoteric (for the deceivers) The Truth about Catholicism Matthew 24:3 (NKJV): Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” The Truth about Catholicism Matthew 24:4-5 (NKJV): And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. The Truth about Catholicism Matthew 24:9-11 (NKJV): “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. The Truth about Catholicism Matthew 24:11-12 (NKJV): And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. The Truth about Catholicism Matthew 24:15-16: “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation,’ spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place” (whoever reads, let him understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. The “abomination of desolation” spoken of by Daniel is the Antichrist (Roman Catholicism). The Truth about Catholicism Matthew 24:43-44: But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect. The Truth about Catholicism 1 Peter 5:8 (NKJV): Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 2 Peter 3:10-12 (NKJV): But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night… Therefore…what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God…? The Truth about Catholicism In order to hasten the coming of Jesus, we must make sure to not be deceived to our destruction. Jesus has told us who to watch out for in these end times so that we’re not deceived. The Truth about Catholicism “This same pope [John Paul II] continues to claim that the Roman Church is the bride of Christ, the one true church devoted to one person, the Son of the living God. What is described in this section is not the behaviour of a bride, chaste and pure; it is the behaviour of an harlot, readily recognizable as the great whore of Revelation 17.” (All Roads Lead to Rome?, Michael de Semlyen, Dorchester House Publications, 1993, page 93) The Truth about Catholicism (En Route to Global Occupation, Gary H. Kah, Huntington House Publishers, 1992, page 94) Knights Templar The Truth about Catholicism “The Knights Templars were a military and religious order first established in AD 1118 in Jerusalem by nine French knights under the leadership of Hugues de Payens of Champagne and Godefoi de SaintOmer. Their stated mission was to protect pilgrims on their way to the Holy Land during the crusades.” “They also fought in various battles of the crusades and became famous for their bravery. Baldwin II, King of Jerusalem, gave the Knights Templars quarters in his palace, built on the site of Solomon’s Temple. From this, the order derived its name—Knights of the Temple.” (En Route to Global Occupation, Gary H. Kah, Huntington House Publishers, 1992, page 102) The Truth about Catholicism The Knights Templars were an order of the Roman Catholic Church. The Vatican representative palace in Jerusalem. © Amazing Discoveries. The Truth about Catholicism “The Knights Templars were probably corrupt from the beginning. But whether the order started out degenerate or became this way later, it is certain that the Templars had, during their exploits in the Middle East, become strongly influenced by both the Gnostics and the Assassins (a ruthless Arabic military order). It is a fact that several of the founders of the Knights Templars were initiates in the sect of the Assassins. The Templars, while adopting religious beliefs of the Gnostics, received many of their organizational and political traits from the Assassins.” (En Route to Global Occupation, Gary H. Kah, Huntington House Publishers, 1992, page 102) The Truth about Catholicism "The Templars, like all other Secret Orders and Associations had two doctrines, one concealed and reserved for the Masters, which was Johannism; the other public, which was the Roman Catholic. Thus they deceived the adversaries whom they sought to supplant.” (Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma, page 817) The Truth about Catholicism “As possessing supreme authority, also, over the faith, they could let out little or much, as they judged most expedient; and "RESERVE" in teaching the great truths of religion was as essential a principle in the system of Babylon, as it is in Romanism or Tractariansim at this day. “It was this priestly claim to dominion over the faith of men, that ‘imprisoned the truth in unrighteousness’ in the ancient world, so that ‘darkness covered the earth, and gross darkness the people.’ It was the very same claim, in the hands of the Roman priests, that ushered in the dark ages, when, through many a dreary century, the Gospel was unknown, and the Bible a sealed book to millions who bore the name of Christ. In every respect, then, we see how justly Rome bears on its forehead the name, ‘Mystery, Babylon the Great.’’’ The Two Babylons, Alexander Hislop, Chick Publications, page 11. The Truth about Catholicism “Even where the sun was the favourite object of worship, as in Babylon itself and elsewhere, at this festival he [Tammuz] was worshipped not merely as the orb of day, but as God incarnate. It was an essential principle of the Babylonian system, that the Sun or Baal was the one only God. When, therefore, Tammuz was worshipped as God incarnate, that implied also that he was an incarnation of the Sun. The Two Babylons, Alexander Hislop, Chick Publications, page 96. The Truth about Catholicism True Catholicism is not True Christianity. True Catholicism is the remnant of ancient Babylonian mystery religions that was grounded in sun-worship. The Truth about Catholicism Satanic forces on earth have attempted to stamp out Christianity from its infancy. First through persecution under pagan Roman forces; then through the efforts of the Roman Catholic Church. In order to make its work effective, it had to be done in secrecy and through deception. In order to work secretly, it had to set up suborganizations to operate in the foreground, while the papacy remained in the background, under a façade of doing good for the needs of mankind. The Truth about Catholicism Attempts by the papacy to stamp out Christianity started in the 7th century AD with the foundation of Islam. Protestant Reformers • Peter Waldo (1140-1218) – Waldenses • John Wycliffe (1328-1384) – Lollards • Jan Hus (1369-1415) – Hussites • Martin Luther (1483-1546) – Lutheran Seventh-day Adventists 1863 • John Knox (1513-1572) – Presbyterian Ellen White 1800s • John Smyth (1570-1612) – Baptist 1844 Advent Movement (multiple denominations) • John Wesley (1703–1791) – Methodist Millerites 1840s • William Miller (1782–1849) – Baptist William Miller 1800s • Ellen White (1827-1915) – Seventh-day Adventist 1700s Methodists John Wesley 1700s Baptists 1600s John Smyth 1600s Presbyterians 1600s John Knox 1500s Lutherans 1500s Martin Luther 1500s Hussites Jan Hus Lollards John Wycliffe 1300s 1100s Waldenses Peter Waldo 1100s 1400s 1300s 1300s The Truth about Catholicism Nothing could stop the spread of Christianity and the Scriptural light it was receiving, so the Roman Catholic Church birthed a new order…the Jesuits. Who are the Jesuits? Founded August 15, 1534 by Ignatius Loyola; sanctioned by the pope on September 27, 1540. “Ignatius de Loyola came to the conclusion that the only way his ‘church’ could survive was by enforcing the canons and doctrines on the temporal power of the pope and the Roman Catholic institution; not by just destroying the physical life of the people alone as the Dominican priests were doing through the Inquisition, but the infiltration and penetration into every sector or life.” Quoted by Dr. Alberto Rivera, Ex-Jesuit Priest, The Secret History of the Jesuits, Edmond Paris, Chick Publications, page 8 Who are the Jesuits? Jesuit Oath: “I (states name), now in the presence of Almighty God, the blessed Virgin Mary…declare and swear that his holiness the Pope, is Christ’s Vice-regent, and is the true and only head of the Catholic or Universal Church throughout the earth; and that by the virtue of the keys of binding and loosing, given to his Holiness by my Savior, Jesus Christ, he hath power to depose heretical kings, princes, states, commonwealths and governments, all being illegal without his sacred confirmation and that they may be safely destroyed.” The Purpose of the Jesuits “We cherish at the bottom of our hearts this principle – that whatever does not unite with us must be annihilated and we hold ourselves ready to make as soon we shall have a means an energetic application of these principles. Protestantism is already wearing out and sinking to decay. Yes we are destined to insult its last agonies, to march over its broken skeleton and scattered bones. O let us hasten this dissolution by our strong and united efforts.” And then they wrote, “Protestantism is becoming decomposed, it is falling to pieces. We are beginning to gain from it men of note.” (Extracts from The Secret Plan by Leone Quoted in: Vatican Assassins – Wounded in the House of My Friends, by Eric John Phelps, pg. 268.) The Purpose of the Jesuits “Throughout Christendom, Protestantism was menaced by formidable foes. The first triumphs of the Reformation past, Rome summoned new forces hoping to accomplish its destruction. At this time, the order of the Jesuits was created. The most cruel, unscrupulous and powerful of all the champions of popery. Cut off from every earthly tie and human interest, dead to the claims of natural affection reason and conscience wholly silenced they knew no rule, no tie, but that of their order, and no duty but to extend its power.” The Great Controversy, E. G. White, 1888, pg. 234 The Purpose of the Jesuits Georg Nigrinus (1530-1602) - Evangelical, theologian and satirist. Born Battenberg, Hesse, Germany: “The Jesuits claim to be sorely offended and have taken my declarations as an insult and blasphemy in branding the papacy as the Antichrist of which Daniel, Paul, Peter, John and even Christ prophesied. But this is as true as it is that Jesus is the Messiah, and I am prepared to show it even by their own definition of the word ‘Antichrist’.” Translated from “Nigrinus, Antichrists Grundliche Offenbarung” fol. 6v. Freemasonry Jesuit ties to Freemasonry “There is considerable analogy between Masonic and Jesuit degrees and the Jesuits also tread down the shoe and bear the knee because Ignatius Loyola thus presented himself at Rome and asked for the confirmation of the order.” Heckethorn, 1900, English Historian, Occult Theocracy, Lady Queensborough. (South Pasadena, California: Emissary Publications 1980; originally published in 1933) pg. 313 Jesuit ties to Freemasonry “The truth is, the Jesuits of Rome have perfected Freemasonry to be their most magnificent and effective tool, accomplishing their purposes among Protestants.” The Grand Design Exposed, John Daniel (Middleton, Idaho: CHJ Publishing, 1999), pg. 302. Jesuit ties to Freemasonry “It is curious to note too that most of the bodies which work these, such as the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, the Rite of Avignon, the Order of the Temple, Fesslor’s Rite, the ‘Grand Council of the Emperors of the East and West Sovereign Prince Masons’, etc. etc., are nearly all the offspring of the sons of Ignatius Loyola. The Baron Hundt, Chevalier Ramsey, Tschoudy, Zinnendorf, and numerous others, who founded the grades in these rites, worked under instructions from the General of the Jesuits…” Isis Unveiled, H. P. Blavatsky (Los Angeles, CA: The Theosophy Company, 1968; originally published in 1877). pg. 390 Jesuit ties to Freemasonry “There are still old ladies, male and female, about the country, who will tell you, with grim gravity that, if you trace up Masonry, through all of its orders, you will come to the grand tip-top, head Mason of the World, you will discover that the dread individual and the Chief of the Society of Jesus are one and the same person!” James Patron, American Historian, The Black Pope, M. F. Cusack, (London: Marshall, Russell & Co., 1896) pg. 76 Who are the Freemasons? Albert Pike: “Albert Pike (1809-1891) is easily the preeminent figure in American Freemasonry. His many titles included Sovereign Grand Commander of the Supreme Council of the ThirtyThird Degree (Mother Council of the World) and Supreme Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry. Scholar, student of ancient languages and occult philosopher, he completely rewrote the degrees of the Scottish Rite into their present form. This work is explained in his book Morals and Dogma of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. His position in Masonry was, and is today, unparalleled, not only in the United States, but throughout the world.” Amazing Discoveries, Total Onslaught Lecture Outline #212, page 2. Who are the Freemasons? Rebirth of the Knights Templars “The Occult Science of the Ancient Magi was concealed under the shadows of the Ancient Mysteries: it was imperfectly revealed or rather disfigured by the Gnostics: It was guessed at under the obscurities that cover the pretended crimes of the Templars; and it is found enveloped in enigmas that seem impenetrable, in the Rites of the Highest Masonry.” (Albert Pike, Morals & Dogma page 839) The Religion of Freemasonry “Every Masonic Lodge is a temple of religion: And its teachings are instructions in religion… This is the true religion revealed to the ancient patriarchs; which Masonry has taught for many centuries, and which it will continue to teach as long as time endures.” (Albert Pike, Morals & Dogma page 213-214) The Religion of Freemasonry “If Freemasonry were simply a Christian institution, the Jew and the Moslem, the Brahman and Buddhist, could not conscientiously partake of its illumination.” (Albert Mackey, Encyclopedia of Freemasonry, pg. 182, 33rd Degree Mason) The Religion of Freemasonry Freemasonry, in an esoteric sense, is an ancient occult religion, masquerading as a form of Christianity. The Religion of Freemasonry “Freemasonry is not Christian, nor a substitute for it.” (C.F. Mcquaig, My Masonic Friend, pg. 1) “The true Mason is not [therefore] not creedbound. He realizes with the divine illumination of his lodge that as a Mason his religion must be universal: Christ, Buddha, or Mohammed, the name means little, for he recognizes only the light and not the bearer. He worships at every shrine, bows before every altar, whether in the temple, mosque or cathedral, realizing with his truer understanding the oneness of all spiritual truth.” (Manly Palmer Hall, 33rd Degree, The Lost Keys of Freemasonry, pg. 64) The Religion of Freemasonry “All true Masons know that they only are heathen who, having great ideals, do not live up to them. They know that all religions are but one story told in divers ways or peoples whose ideals differ but whose great purpose is in harmony with Masonic ideals.” (Manly Palmer Hall, 33rd Degree, The Lost Keys of Freemasonry, pg. 64) The Religion of Freemasonry “Masonry has nothing to do with the Bible; it is not founded upon the Bible, for if it were, it would not be Masonry, it would be something else.” (The Digest of Masonic Law, p. 207-209) The Doctrine of Freemasonry “Humanity, ‘in-toto’, then, is the only personal God.” (J.D. Buck, Mystic Masonry, pg. 136, 32nd Degree) The Doctrine of Freemasonry “Masonry teaches that redemption and salvation are both the power and the responsibility of the individual Mason. Saviors like Hiram Abiff, can and do show the way, but men must always follow and demonstrate, each for himself, his power to save himself, to build his own spiritual fabric in his own time and way. Every man in essence is his own savior and redeemer; for if he does not save himself, he will not be saved.” (Lynn Perkins, The Meaning of Masonry, pg. 95) The Doctrine of Freemasonry “Thus, symbols came to have two meanings, the esoteric and the exoteric. The esoteric meaning was the true or original meaning, understood by only a few and closely guarded by them. The exoteric meaning was the invented, or modified, explanation intended for the many. The sacred mysteries, which are often mentioned in connection with many ancient religions and which were closely guarded by the initiate, concerned esoteric meanings in the religions of previous times. These sacred mysteries very often were merely continuations of the simpler forms of early sex worship carried on by a select few.” (Charles G. Berger, Our Phallic Heritage, pg. 48.) The Doctrine of Freemasonry “The Blue Degrees are but the outer court of portico of the Temple. Part of the symbols are displayed there to the Initiate, but he is intentionally misled by false interpretations. It is not intended that he shall understand them; but it is intended that he shall imagine he understands them. Their true explication is reserved for the Adepts, the Princes of Masonry. The whole body of the Royal and Sacerdotal Art was hidden so carefully, centuries since, in the High Degrees…” (Albert Pike, Morals & Dogma, pg. 819) The Doctrine of Freemasonry “Masonry, like all the religions, all the Mysteries, Hermeticism and Alchemy, conceals its secrets from all except the Adepts and Sages, or the elect, and uses false explanations and misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who deserve only to be misled; To conceal the Truth, which it calls Light, from them and to draw them away from it. Truth is not for those who are unworthy or unable to receive it, or would pervert it. So masonry jealously conceals its secrets, and intentionally leads conceited interpreters astray.” (Albert Pike, Morals and Dogma, p. 104, 105) The “god” of Freemasonry “The serpent is the symbol and prototype of the Universal Savior, who redeems the worlds by giving creation of the knowledge of itself and the realization of good and evil.” (Manly Palmer Hall, 33rd Degree Freemason, The Secret Teachings of All Ages, the Philosophical Research Society Press, pg. Lxxxviii) Revelation 12:9 (NKJV): So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world. The “god” of Freemasonry “It is far more important that men should strive to become Christs than that they should believe that Jesus was Christ.” (J.D. Buck, Mystic Masonry, Illinois; Indo-American Book Co., 1913, Sixth Edition, pg. 138) The “god” of Freemasonry “Lucifer is the Light Bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the light, and with its splendors intolerable blinds feeble, sensual or selfish Souls? Doubt it not!” (Albert Pike, Morals & Dogma, pg. 321) The “god” of Freemasonry “That which we must say to a crowd is – We worship a God, but it is the God that one adores without superstition. To you, Sovereign Grand Inspectors General, we say this, that you may repeat it to the Brethren of the 32nd, 31st, and 30th degrees – The Masonic Religion should be, by all of us initiates of the high degrees, maintained in the purity of the Luciferian Doctrine…” (Instructions to the 23 Supreme Councils of the World, July 14, 1889, Recorded by A.C. De La Rive in La Femme et L`Enfant dans la Franc Maconnerie Universelle, pg. 588) High-level Luciferian Hierarchy Lucifer Papacy (Roman Catholicism) Jesuits Illuminati / Freemasons World Finances World Politics (War) World Religion Revelation 13:2 (NJKV): The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. Freemasonry in Protestantism Billy Graham Dr. Billy Graham recently told Parade Magazine, "I fully adhere to the fundamental tenets of the Christian faith for myself and my ministry, but as an American, I respect other paths to God." Freemasonry in Protestantism Norman Vincent degree Freemason) Peale (33rd In an interview with Phil Donahue in 1984, Peale said: "It's not necessary to be born again. You have your way to God; I have mine. I found eternal peace in a Shinto shrine. ... I've been to the Shinto shrines, and God is everywhere." Donahue exclaimed, "But you're a Christian minister; you're supposed to tell me that Christ is the Way and the Truth and the Life, aren't you?" Peale replied, "Christ is one of the ways! God is everywhere." Freemasonry in Protestantism Norman Vincent Freemason) Peale (33rd degree "Freemasonry does not promote any one religious creed. All Masons believe in the Deity without reservation. However, Masonry makes no demands as to how a member thinks of the Great Architect of the Universe. ... men of different religions meet in fellowship and brotherhood under the fatherhood of God." Freemasonry in Protestantism In Masonry, the "Great Architect Of The Universe ", who is the Masonic God has some of the attributes of the God of the Bible, such as infinity, eternity, and omnipotence. However, the Masonic God does not have any qualities such as mercy, love, and benevolence. http://www.religiouscounterfeits.org/ml_gaotu.htm Freemasonry in Protestantism Robert Schuller One of Norman Vincent Peale’s most “successful” protégés is Robert Schuller. On Schuller’s 1000th Anniversary television show [The Hour of Power, aired on 4/2/89], Schuller’s son said of Peale that he was “responsible for dad’s possibility thinking”. Freemasonry in Protestantism Robert Schuller Quotes from Self-Esteem: The New Reformation, he writes, “Classical theology has erred in its insistence that theology be ‘God-centered,’ not ‘man-centered’” (p. 64). “One classical role of the pulpit in Protestantism has been to ‘preach sermons’ which imply indoctrination more than education. Within this form of communication, there is an inherent, intrinsic inclination to intimidate, manipulate, and, hence, offend the person’s most prized quality of humanness – his dignity.” (p. 153) Freemasonry in Protestantism Robert Schuller “Sin is any act or thought that robs myself or another human being of his or her self-esteem” (p. 14) John 3:30 (NKJV): He must increase, but I must decrease. Freemasonry in Protestantism Robert Schuller “… what sets me apart from fundamentalists [is that they] are trying to convert everybody to believe how they believe. … We know the things the major faiths can agree on. We try to focus on those without offending those with different view-points.…” (3/23/89, USA Today). Freemasonry in Protestantism Robert Schuller “When we know we have been redeemed and we know we are part of God’s family, we are ready to dream that great divine dream of building the kingdom of God in the world.” (Source: 5/97, Sword and Trumpet.) John 18:36 (NKJV): Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.” Freemasonry in Protestantism Robert Schuller “I don’t think anything has been done in the name of Christ that and under the banner of Christianity that has proven more destructive to human personality and, hence, counterproductive to the evangelism enterprise than the often crude, uncouth, and unchristian strategy of attempting to make people aware of their lost and sinful condition.” (Time, March 18, 1985). John 16:8 (NKJV): And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Freemasonry in Protestantism “I was the first person to introduce real church growth to the American Church. …He [Bill Hybels] became the first guy to take these principles, refine them, maximize them to the ultimate length of their potential. …I am so proud of him … I think of him as a son. I think of him as one of the greatest things to happen in Christianity in our time. …Bill Hybels is doing the best job of anybody I know!” Freemasonry in Protestantism Kenneth Copeland “He [Jesus] is suffering all that there is to suffer. There is no suffering left apart from Him. His emaciated, poured out, little, wormy spirit is down in the bottom of that thing [hell]. And the Devil thinks he’s got Him destroyed.” --Believers Voice Victory Program. of Hebrews 8:1 (NKJV): Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens. Freemasonry in Protestantism Kenneth Copeland “You don’t have a god in you, you are one.” “And I say this with all respect, so that it don’t upset you too bad. But I say it anyway: When I read in the Bible where He says, “I AM,” I just smile and say, “Yes, I AM, too.” --Believers Voice of Victory Program Freemasonry in Protestantism Genesis 3:5 (NKJV): For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Freemasonry in Protestantism Benny Hinn “Don’t tell me you have Jesus. You are everything He was and everything He is and ever shall be… Don’t say, ‘I have.’ Say, ‘I AM, I AM, I AM, I AM, I AM.’” Freemasonry in Protestantism Rick Warren He’s the pastor of the 14,000-member Saddleback Valley Community Church in Orange County, and he writes in his book, The Purpose Driven Church, which is being used as a manual of course, in many circles. He has the principle of pragmatism. He says pastors need to learn to recognize a “wave of God’s Spirit and ride it.” If you see that something’s happening, then do it. Or, “catch a spiritual wave of growth”… “if it works, it must be right!” … He encourages young pastors to leave behind old fashioned church music in favor of jazz or rock or whatever turns your people on! He encourages churches to imitate the culture and “dress down” for church...” Freemasonry in Protestantism Rick Warren “We made a strategic decision to stop singing hymns in our seeker services.” “We have attracted thousands more because of our music.” “Saddleback now has a complete pop/rock orchestra.” “Use more performed music than congregational singing.” “The ground we have in common with unbelievers is not the Bible, but our common needs, hurts, and interests as human beings. You cannot start with a text.” Rick Warren, The Purpose Driven Church Freemasonry in Protestantism Rick Warren “You must match your music to the kind of people God wants in your church. The music you use positions your church in your community… It will determine the kind of people you attract, the kind of people you keep, and the kind of people you lose. If you were to tell me the kind of music you are currently using in your services, I could describe the kind of people you are reaching without even visiting your church. I could also tell you the kind of people your church will never reach.” Rick Warren, The Purpose Driven Church, pg. 280-281. Freemasonry in Protestantism Bill Hybels “Some of the stuff that we have put millions of dollars into thinking it would really help our people grow and develop spiritually, when the data actually came back, it wasn't helping people that much. Other things that we didn't put that much money into and didn't put much staff against is stuff our people are crying out for.” Freemasonry in Protestantism Bill Hybels “We made a mistake. What we should have done when people crossed the line of faith and become Christians, we should have started telling people and teaching people that they have to take responsibility to become ‘self-feeders.' We should have gotten people, taught people, how to read their bible between service, how to do the spiritual practices much more aggressively on their own.” Freemasonry in Protestantism Bill Hybels “Our dream is that we fundamentally change the way we do church. That we take out a clean sheet of paper and we rethink all of our old assumptions. Replace it with new insights. Insights that are informed by research and rooted in Scripture. Our dream is really to discover what God is doing and how he's asking us to transform this planet.” The Truth of Catholicism • Roman Catholicism is the deceptive agency of Satan, used to infiltrate every aspect of human life. • Its primary objective is worlddominance and to take the place of Jesus Christ and His work as our High Priest in world religion. • Its primary enemy is Protestantism, and it will stop at nothing until Protestantism is destroyed. John 8:32, 36 (NKJV): And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.” 2 Thessalonians 2:9-10 (NKJV): The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. Revelation 18:2-4 (NKJV): And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.” And I heard another voice from heaven saying, “Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues. Acts 2:36-38 (NKJV): “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.” Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?” Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 4:12 (NKJV): Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 16:30-31 (NKJV): And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
