Mataele Finau hosted a fundraising
party shindig to raise money for Youth
Programs in North Hollywood. “This was
a great event with all the right
ambiance!”, states Alisi Mataele who
along with many supporters came to
enjoy themselves and help make a
positive impact in the lives of young
people in Southern California. Candle lit
night of teriyaki red wine glazed chicken
and seasoned pulled red pork to go along
with the theme, “Wild Red Pride” With red
and white bows, ribbons and floral
designs appropriate for a night of door
prizes, silent auction and savory drinks to
tingle any thirsty attendee. For

HSH PRINCE TUNGI CHAIRMAN
TAA OFFICERS WELCOME NEW BOARD CHAIRMAN.
Tongan Alliance of America Board members officially accept the establishment of
HSH Prince Tungi as the Chairman of the Board. In an evening of fine dining and
intimate sharing of gratitude and love for his willingness to be part of this
organization, Mataele Finau , Public Relations Director presents official plaque and
letter of acceptance from TAA officers. “I am excited that Prince Tungi can give back
to the community through his opportunity to work with TAA”, states Lady Alaileula
Tuku’aho. (Also present was Honoarable Salote Maumautaimi Tuku’aho.)
Board Member Oloka Sekona-Fifita ended the evening with a Lea Fakamalo, thanking
the Prince for his willingness to support TAA in this new role.
