Perimeter support members are attached to the
partition using selfthreading screws.

EZ Wire® woven wire partitions are designed as
modular sections, and install in seconds into
slots in the upright posts without using any tools.
The partitions are interchangeable and may be
removed and reused for changing or expanding
an installation. Permanent installation is
achieved by tapping a small aluminum drive pin
into place, above the hook slot.
Stock panels are manufactured in even widths
of 1ft - 10ft and in heights of 1ft - 5ft. The panels
are installed stacking one panel over another
using special welded connectors on each panel.
The horizontal connection between panels is
accomplished without bolting by overlapping the
lower panel’s upper framing channel with the
upper panel’s attached “overchannel.”
Each panel is attached to tubular line posts without bolts using connectors accessible from the
inside of the enclosure only. Each panel has
“connectors” welded to the vertical framing
members which engage slots punched in the
line posts.

The Universal-Lift is available in a manually propelled version that can be powered
with a 1 HP, 110V AC, a 3 HP 220/440 3 phase, a 12 volt DC battery or an air
operated lifting cylinder. A self-propelled model is also available in your choice of
gasoline or propane powered engine
The battery powered self-propelled model is ideal for indoor use with its smooth,
quiet drive. This indoor model is equipped with polyurethane tread wheels and
mechanical breading. The control handle will steer 90° to each side, so that the
Universal-Lift can make sharp turns in crowded areas if necessary. Raising and
lowering loads is controlled by the push of a button on the control handle. The
gasoline powered model, ideal for outdoor use, is equipped with large pneumatic
wheels and a hydraulic self propulsion drive. The speed is variable from zero to 4 mph.
The lifting phase of the Universal-Lift is activated by a heavy-duty precision built
hydraulic cylinder with a chrome-plated shaft.
