AIREX mats have a closed-cell structure that
make them float in the water and provide a safe
and stable support, allowing a patient to perform
hydrotherapy exercises. They are flexible and follow
body movements safely, thanks to their non-slip
surface.
Permanent hygiene is guaranteed through the
Sanitized process (inhibition of bacterial and fungal
growth) on all AIREX products.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cleaning
To clean the mats, use a soft brush and lukewarm
water with soap or a solution of household
detergent (dish detergent).
Disinfection
Disinfection is not necessary for AIREX exercise
mats , thanks to their anti-fungal and antibacterial
characteristics. If disinfection is necessary to meet
special hygienic requirements, the mats can be
cleaned with household disinfectants and cleaning
products or other products used in hospital and
heath care facilities, in a water solution.
Use in thermal baths and saunas
If used in hot and humid environments – for
example in public or private baths, thermal
baths and alike – it is necessary to wash the mats
thoroughly at regular intervals and let them dry in
the air.
Use at swimming pools
AIREX mats are resistant to chemicals used for
water purification and sterilization (chlorine,
hypochlorite, ozone, etc.). We recommend that you
wash the mats with fresh water after use and let
them dry in the air.

Remove the plug from the product. Insert the valve supplied and start inflating the ball by using the pump.
The valve is unnecessary if you use a compressor or a foot pump (max. 0.1 ATM – 0.5 PSI). Remove the
valve, or the pump, and at the same time close the hole with a finger. Remove your finger and insert the plug
quickly. Do not inflate beyond the recommended diameter. All the balls in our Gymnic line require a strong
inflating action, carried out at intervals, to reach the specified diameter.

Rundoback is a useful aid in exercise therapy, painrelief exercise and rehabilitation.
Its shape has been designed to follow the physiological
curvature of the spine.
• marked convexity to adapt to the form of concave
curvature of the lumbar lordosis;

The Core Balance is an inflatable, elastic, highly resistant
PVC half-sphere with a diameter of 40 centimeters, which
can be set on a rigid base. It can be used for several kinds
of training, both in “medical rehabilitation” (post-traumatic
rehabilitation of ankles and knees) and “fitness”. Thanks to
its rounded shape and its variable elasticity (it can be inflated
