Being a part of KMC (Kathmandu Model Higher Secondary
School) as a matter of pride and satisfaction, that was
established with its motto ‘Academic Excellence Through
Quality Education’ has made study progress during the last
16 years. KMC persists to be a top ranking college all over

The Faculty of Management at KMC has made us feel proud through their

Admission
Procedure
Admission in KMC is based on its entrance exam.
Students must meet the criteria set by the college.
SCIENCE
Students securing at least B+ grade in SLC or in an
equivalent recognized Board with B+ grade each in Science,
Compulsory Mathematics, Optional Mathematics and
English will be eligible for Science Stream.
MANAGEMENT
Students securing at least C+ grade in SLC and B grade
each in English and Mathematics will be eligible for
Management stream.
Scholarship
HSEB Scholarship
HSEB provides 3% scholarship to students who have
passed their SLC from government school.
Criteria for 3% scholarship:
Student should be enlisted in merit list in scholarship
examination which will be conducted by HSEB, student
should not be admitted to college to get the scholarship.
HSEB provides 2% scholarship to students who have
passed their SLC from private schools.
Criteria for 2% scholarship:
Students should be enlisted in merit list in KMC
Entrance Examination. Students should be admitted to
the college to get scholarship.

Research help students to identify real solutions of
problems. It helps them to come up with innovative
ideas and conclusions. Whereas presentation helps
to communicate those findings. Presentation boosts
public speaking experience and deepens ones own

KMC has its Plus two unit also at Balkumari Lalitpur in the name
of NATIONAL HSS. NATIONAL is owned by Kathmandu Model
College in the year 2013. With the proactive presence and support
of KMC and its qualified, dedicated management team and faculties
NATIONAL HSS aims at achieving excellence in the academic
arena. NATIONAL is integrated part of KMC, so the same academic
calendar is implemented.
NATIONAL feels proud of its own buildings having unique design of
its main premises that has remained as a symbol of our commitment
to the innovation in the field of education. The squat box-like
building and the signature blue framework are elements of pure

Himalaya College of Engineering
(HCOE) is affiliated to Tribhuvan
University (TU), Nepal. Established
in June 2000 AD, it is producing
qualified engineers who are
the backbone of development
of the nation. The aim of the
College is to provide quality

(NSS) is designed similarly

emphasis is placed on
keeping instructional

to the individual student in
a positive and stimulating
environment. NSS is
committed to an educational

Development Studies, was
establishd in the year 2009
with affiliation from Pokhara
University. It is the first
affiliated college, (MPGD)
course. This program was
launched under tripartite
agreement between UNFPA,

and Pokhara University
to produce development
professionals with a sound
knowledge about cross
cutting issues of population,
gender and development.
The college launched BBA

academic venture in 1997
under the name of ‘National
Campus’.
NATIONAL is owned by

in the year 2013. With
