Terms of sale and delivery PRICE LIST RETURNS ALTERATIONS 1. Approved returns: 70% of the purchase amount less freight charges and validation costs will be refunded. Return criteria: • The product is less than 3 months old • The product has not been installed or used. • Specialist or non-standard products cannot be returned. • Upon authorisation of the return you will receive a return form to complete. The return form must be completed to include type and quantity before the products are returned. 2. The products must be returned undamaged and securely packaged.
