Just as we began the last Viking Price book with a big “Thank You!”, we wanted to do the same this year –
Viking has had another record-breaking year within North America and more of our Dry Suits suits were
sold in 2011 than any previous year in our history! And as our list of satisfied Viking Diver’s continues to
grow, we are proud to say that our record for both product quality and customer service is unmatched by
any of our competitors.
Moving forward into 2012, we are very excited to introduce great new products like our Viking HAZTECH.
This is a brand new Contaminated Water Dry Suit, made of extremely light-weight & durable TPU material.
We have also completely refreshed the whole Viking line, and incorporated many new features into our
suits such as inside tape, new patterns, streamlined sizing, etc.
We would also like to point out a few changes to our Viking line. First off, you will notice that we have
eliminated the individual “Viking” style (i.e. PRO 1000) and “Hunter” style (i.e. ProAm), and combined
them into a single product (such as “PRO”, “HD”, “HDS”, etc.) These single products combine the best
features of each suit, and have already received positive feedback.
Additionally, based on user requests, the sizing of our Viking suits has been optimized. While the actual
size sizes & dimensions have not changed, the description of sizes has been modified to match the
international verbiage. This means that a size "03" suit is the same size "03" as it was, however, the size
"03" formerly referred to in the U.S. as a "Large", now will be referred to worldwide as an "X-Large". See
the individual suit pages for more details.

This system is an innovative method of fitting and replacing neck
seals and hoods while in the field, without the need for using
adhesives!
The system consists of a plastic ring which is fixed to the suit at
the time of manufacturing. A QC latex neck seal is then fitted into
a channel by means of a lock ring. A latex or neoprene hood can
also be attached into a second channel also by means of a lock
ring.
The Quick Connect Collar can be ordered installed on new suits,
or retrofitted onto your existing Viking suit. See an Authorized
Viking Repair Facility for this service.
NOTE: THIS ASSEMBLY HAS NOT BEEN TESTED OR APPROVED FOR
CONTAMINATED WATER DIVING SITUATIONS .

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
2.
All shipments are F.O.B. Mansfield, Massachusetts.
3.
Prices do not include Freight, Insurance, C.O.D. or Packaging Fees.
4.
TERMS: C.O.D., and CREDIT terms are available to accounts with approved and current credit status.
5.
A $50.00 SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
6.
Past due accounts must be paid in full before any additional orders will be shipped, unless prior arrangements
have been approved through APS, Inc.
7.
RETURNS FOR REPAIR, OR CREDIT, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS A “RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION”
(RMA) NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED BY APS, INC, IN ADVANCE OF SHIPPING. PLEASE CALL FOR ALL RETURNS.
8.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS FREIGHT CHARGES INCURRED BOTH WAYS.
9.
DEMO SUITS – A limited number of Viking Demo Suits are available for temporary use on “as needed” basis for
specific events & sales calls. Only Authorized Dealers may request suits for demo and are responsible for their
timely return, and any damages incurred to the equipment during use. Call APS, Inc. for details. Note: Dealer is
responsible for all shipping charges from and back to Viking (APS, Inc.)
10. In the event the services of an outside agency or attorney are required to collect an outstanding balance, any
and all fees and costs incurred will be paid by the dealer and added to the outstanding balance due.
11. If any discrepancies are found, APS, Inc. must be notified, in writing, within thirty (30) days from the receipt of
shipment, otherwise, APS, Inc. will assume complete delivery and acceptance of order as shipped and invoiced.
Claims for damages and shortages resulting from common carrier transits are to be with the deliver carrier upon
receipt of merchandise. APS, Inc. will not be held liable for losses resulting from shipping delays, errors, and/or
non-deliveries.
12. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM VIKING SUITS, UNLESS AN ERROR WAS MADE BY APS, INC.
13. IF RETURNING NEW ITEM(S) FOR CREDIT, (60) DAYS PAST INVOICE DATE, AND ONLY IF ITEM(S) ARE IN ORIGINAL
PACKAGING AND IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, A 10% RESTOCK FEE WILL BE INCURRED.
14. ALL RETURNED SUITS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SIGNED “FREE-OF-HAZARDOUS-SUBSTANCE” LETTER. A
