SPECIFICATIONS
1.SCOPE
This specification covers the requirement for UL 2725 COMPLEX 4C. - USB 2.0
2.CONSTRUCTION
The conductor consists of 19 strands of No. 39 AWG Tin Coated Annealed
CONDUCTOR
Copper Wires and 50 strands of No. 40 AWG Annealed Copper Wires and is in
accordance with UL 758.
INSULATION
HDPE & SR-PVC covered with the thickness provided in Table-1. Minimum
average thickness : more than 90% of figures provided in Table-1.
IDENTIFICATION Identified by insulation color and twisted as the following Appendix.
ASSEMBLY
Number of conductors provided in Table-1 twisted together. In case of need,
tape and/or fillers may be applied.
Fillers : NONE.
Tape : ALUMINUM MYLAR TAPE.
Drain Wire : 7/0.127TA.
SHIELD
Braid Shield over the assembly.
Shielding area more than 80% of the total assembly.
JACKET
PVC covered with the thickness provided in Table-1. Minimum average
thickness : more than 90% of figures provided in Table-1.
Color : Black.

accordance with UL 758.

FOAM-PE & SR-PVC covered with the thickness provided in Table-1. Minimum
