This ship would visit some of the Mediterranean’s least-visited gateways, getting closer than others can, while cosseting its guests in absolute splendour. Considering these aims, the choice of ship was obvious–as it will be to you by just setting foot aboard Azamara Journey®. Luxuriously appointed and accommodating fewer than 700 guests, it exudes a genial club-like atmosphere on an all but over whelming itinerary, cruising in 2016 from Nice to Venice. In its thir ty-four glorious nights you will revel in wondrous sunsets and dawns, explore history-laden por ts and wander the streets of past and present capitals. Imagine the delight of gliding into these iconic ports with whitewashed villages cascading down hillsides or clinging to age-old shorelines. Glittering, glamorous, gorgeously breathtaking…the Mediterranean is hailed as a seat of civilisation and this voyage will ensure you can experience it all. The Romans called it Mare Nostrum — ‘our sea’— but we think after this adventure you will call it ‘my sea’.
