The Residences at Symphony Hall is a proposed
60-unit affordable housing development that will
offer a rental preference for artists. This building
is being developed by Ingerman Affordable Housing
and the Actors Fund Housing Development
Corporation for a site bounded by Halsey Street,
West Kinney Street, and Crawford Street in Newark’s
Lincoln Park neighborhood. 15 of the 60 units will be
designated for people living with HIV/AIDS and will
also have a rental preference for artists.
