STUDENT HOUSING OPTIONS
Campus-Managed Housing
WyoTech in Blairsville offers campus-managed housing that is managed and supervised by our housing office.
This housing option is subject to rules and policies set forth by WyoTech.
Dependent students with no postsecondary credit must live in campus-managed housing. Dependent students with
less than two years of postsecondary credit may be required to live in campus-managed housing depending upon
space available. Notwithstanding the above, WyoTech reserves the right to require certain students to live in campusmanaged housing based upon individual circumstances.
Benefits of Campus-Managed Housing
n
Students reside in close proximity to one another. This facilitates carpooling and allows students
to establish new friendships and participate in housing activities. Students are surrounded by others who
share the same general interests and goals, which makes for a more supportive community.
n
WyoTech in Blairsville campus-managed housing provides heat, electricity, cable TV, water, sewer,
garbage, and general maintenance at no extra charge to the student.
n
Campus-managed housing residents have direct access to the maintenance department with
24-hour on-call emergency service.
n
WyoTech in Blairsville provides staff that facilitate the safety and security of the WyoTech property and,
most importantly, students, staff, faculty and visitors.

you find living arrangements that will fit your needs and budget. There are a large number of communities offering
