Mah Sing Group recently acquired
a freehold commercial land located
off Jalan Tun Razak. The land faces
Micasa All Suites Hotel and is easily
accessible. This prime land was bought
with Development Order and the
previous vendor has already completed
the 4 levels of basement car parks and
structural works. The approval was for
a 20-Storey serviced apartment building
separated into 2 wings.
After analyzing the market as well as
studying the market condition, Mah
Sing intends to convert this building
into a Grade ‘A’ Office Tower whereby
Mah Sing plans to occupy a small
portion of the building as its HQ as
well as a centralized Sales Gallery. Mah
Sing hopes to make this building iconic
by engaging a world reknown Architect
to conceptualize and enhance the entire
