3. For Both Boat Tour & Tavern Tour: NO SHOWS will be
charged $100 per event – It’s critical to attend or send
someone in your place. We base food, lodging and
transportation on your registration. It’s critical for groups to
reserve early and request the group you want to be with.
4. This year you MUST have a ticket to Board the Bus or the
Boats.
5. You are allowed to camp at either Great River Harbor or
Champions Riverside Resort without boarding at all, but
you still must make your reservations at those properties.
6. A fantastic T-shirt Option is available for Tavern Tour
participants! It includes:
• A Tavern Tour T-shirt
• An 8x10 print of you, your player & your bus mates!
• An autograph ticket valued at $20
• Light Buffet Saturday Night after the tour.

Different start times for each bus – you will travel on a bus with a
player and visit 2-3 establishments. If you are traveling with Mr.
Brown you will visit 2 bars and stay at Champions for an
additional time period to judge the Championship Cook off!
Each visit is approximately one hour and we will all meet back at
Champions at 10:30pm

Gilbert Brown will pick 5 tickets per question. – the lucky
contestants get a chance to try to match the answer of anyone of
the players. Matching the blank earns you tickets to win prizes
only you can win on the basket raffle – 2017 Tavern Tour TicketsPacker Tickets -$100 in WACO Bucks to be used like campground
cash at any WACO campground.
Tavern Tour extras – get your shirt with your players team name
on the back – Your shirt comes with one autograph signature,

Tickets are purchased for $5 each or a wingspan for $20 –
The game is played with two teams of two players
(consisting of one celebrity & one contestant) in a game of word
communication.
Contestants attempt to guess a series of words or phrases
based on descriptions given to them by their partner.
One player described each item while the other player tried to guess
what the words are. Each correct word is worth 10 tickets. You can
win up to 70 tickets every time you get called up! When a word was
passed, it cannot be returned to, but if the guesser can guess the
word already passed, the team still scores.
Contestants choose a Packer Celebrity to partner with.
Judge & Timer decisions are final. At 3:30 you can pick a basket to
put your tickets in!
You have 1.5 minutes to go through 7 words, phrases or names.

– they choose truth or dare and have to answer the question honestly or do the dare!

to be considered to Judge! Special event: Tent area – tickets only allowed.

Players pick their drink, pick their glass, take turns
at all the bars – team who sells the most glasses
wins! Front Bar – Back Bar - Outside Bar – players switch each quarter.

1. Do I need to pre-register to assure my seat is saved?
YES It’s critical – we have had issues with no shows and it’s important you help us save costs for this
event! This year you will need a ticket to board the bus. You’ll be assigned a bus and a seat. You will also
need a ticket to board the boats at Great River Harbor.
2. Do I have to fundraise when I am on the bus?
No – All the players are born competitors so of course they want their bus to raise the most funds! You
do not have to participate at all if you choose not to. If you would like to join in the fun feel free!
3. Can I raise money ahead of time and bring it on the bus:
Yes – no problem if you do any kind of raffle we need to help. We have a raffle license and need to
comply with all the State of Wisconsin Rules.
4. What can I do to raise money ahead of time?
We have a list of ideas we are happy to mail you that make it fun and entertaining. Please don’t hesitate
to like The Gilbert Brown Foundation Facebook and the website is www.gilbertbrownfoundation.org Easy
things are 50/50’s basket raffles at work, or a pot luck where you ask for donations – Little things add up
quickly! We can provide autographed items for you to sell or use as a raffle item. Get creative! Ask your
friends and family for donations. Gilberts Foundation is a 501C3 and donates to over 144 Charities in
Wisconsin. The money we raise in Wisconsin stays in Wisconsin!

On the Bus…..
During the trip there – most players are willing to answer questions or create their own
fun experiences while on the bus. This is a cool way to have some fun and get to hear
stories no one else will!
While you are at the establishment you can expect a schedule like
this:
15 minutes to do a meet & greet- get drinks
30 minutes to do a Foundation Game
15 minutes to grab a drink for the road
Be sure to grab a tavern tour approved drink glass or a can Koozy for the trip.
COOLERS are allowed – you may purchase drinks from the bars to take on the bus.
NO Bus will be back later than 10:30 pm this year!

The Foundation raises money for our organization through autographs
and pictures. Please help us create a wonderful experience for you and
the children by following these rules.
Purchase a photo pass - $10 this allows you to take one photo with a
player at one event. If you are at multiple events and you want to snap
pictures please purchase the tavern tour photo pass for $25 This allows
you to take photos at all events. We appreciate your respect of the
players and our organization.
Tickets for sale $5 each or 5 for $20 – buy that day or presell prior to!
