Our talented and experienced staff is eager to work with you to create the wedding
of your dreams. We can host your rehearsal dinner through your post-wedding brunch, or
even a simple ceremony followed by a small cocktail party. The size and scope of your event are

Mirasol, which means “look to the sun”, was the name Addison Mizner chose to call his first
estate residence on the sun-drenched island of Palm Beach. Like Mizner’s vision of Spanish
and Greek architecture, Mirasol features an abundance of Mediterranean style and old Palm Beach design.

M‌irasol is conveniently located in the heart ‌of Palm Beach Gardens and is nestled between lakes and natural preserves, which give the feeling of being
miles away from the nearby bustling streets of South Florida. We boast 36 holes of championship golf, designed by Tom Fazio and Arthur Hills, which
were home to the PGA Tour’s Honda Classic from 2003-2006. Over 960 acres of lakes and nature preserves dot the landscape, and breathtaking views
of golf, water, and preserve settings are enjoyed from premium home sites.
On the following pages, you will see the picturesque spots that will serve as the backdrop for your event, as well as a little bit of background on our

f you are considering holding your ceremony at Mirasol,
we have two magnificent sites from which you may choose.
Our poolside gazebo is a picturesque outdoor venue,
surrounded by stunning water features and lush, tropical
landscaping. Your guests will pass through an impressive
stone entryway on their way to our enchanting pool deck
and gazebo, which are home to large trellises of beautiful
bougainvillea. Your guests will enjoy a spectacular fountain
view as they revel in the solemnity and joy of your ceremony.
If you wish to hold an indoor ceremony, look no further
than our Grand Ballroom, which is a spectacular setting
that offers scenic views of our golf courses. Your guests will
be welcomed by our expert staff in our sophisticated lobby
and directed to this elegant space where the dreams of your
reception will become reality.
No matter which venue you choose, Mirasol will offer the
option right for you and your guests, from the moment you
say "I do" to your final dance.

he Orchid Room and surrounding rooms are fully customizable
in terms of the flow of your event. You may wish to present your
guests with a hip cocktail lounge in our Gardenia Room, a classic
and sumptuous Viennese table in our Solarium, or a fun photo booth
area in our Magnolia Room for the young and young at heart.

Events Manager
R
enee began her career in St. Paul,
Minnesota where she served as a frontof-the-house banquet manager during her
college years. After her graduation, she
moved to Florida and spent several seasons
as the head server at The Bear's Club in
Jupiter, and a restaurant manager at the
Hilton on Singer Island.
Realizing that her niche was private
country clubs, Renee began working at
BallenIsles Country Club in 2008, where
she enjoyed creating events for their
members and guests.
In the fall of 2013, we were pleased
that Renee brought her extensive event
planning experience to Mirasol! She has
created outstanding events from small,
private dinners to large elaborate weddings,
receiving rave reviews from members and
guests alike.

eeley began working in the hospitality
industry in the Florida Keys at age 15.
She attended college at the University
of Central Florida and graduated with a
degree in hospitality from UCF’s Rosen
College of Hospitality.
orn and raised in New York City, Chef
Michael has been drawing inspiration for
his cuisine from the city that he loves for
over 20 years. Michael brought his years
of culinary training and vast restaurant
experience to Mirasol in 2010. Prior to
joining us, he managed Todd English’s
empire of multi-concept restaurants.

After graduation, Keeley became a Manager
in Training (MIT) in Mirasol's Food &
Beverage Office. Once she completed our
MIT program, she spent a brief time in
our Membership Department, and then
became our Events Manager in 2013.
Although Keeley assists with weddings and
other special events, she primarily presents
fabulous events for our club's members,
including our popular season opening
anniversary weekend, our black-tie New
Year's Eve Gala, wonderful family events at
the holidays, and our spectacular seasonending poolside event, just to name a few!
B
At age 26, Michael was accepted at the
prestigious French Culinary Institute in
New York City. There, he sharpened his
skills and gained a foundation that would
firmly set him on his chosen career path.
Under revered chef Laurent Tourondel’s
tutelage, Michael supplemented his classic
culinary training with a keen understanding
and appreciation for the art of plating dishes
and the visual elements of cooking. He
worked and staged through many of New
York’s top kitchens, and has also worked as a
private chef for various celebrities.
