FairShare Plus pursuant to the FairShare Vacation Plan Use
Management Trust Agreement. If there is a conflict between the
FairShare Plus Vacation Plan Trust Agreement or Bylaws of the
FairShare Owner’s Association and this Member’s Directory, the Trust
and Bylaws shall control in that order. Fairfield reserves the right to
amend and supplement this Member’s Directory from time to time.
Throughout this directory, any references to “points” means the
symbolic measurement related to the Member’s interest assigned to
