As a reminder, when you receive your
statement please note that you are paying your dues
for the next month and your incidentals for the last
month. Example: Your May 31st statement will read
as anything you did or purchased at the club in

Greetings Eagle Brook Members,
It is truly amazing how fast this year is flying by. Member golf & social events are in full swing
and the pool is full! We love summertime at Eagle Brook Country Club! What a fun time to be a
Member and take part in all of the summer activities. The early summer rains, although a pain,
have cleared the way for sunshine and firm course conditions. It’s always nice to get an extra 20
+ yards off the tee!
CONGRATS to the EBCC Swim team for taking 3rd place in the annual conference swim meet at
Medinah. Way to go!
We have enjoyed a wonderful year of Membership growth and hope we can continue that trend
through the month of August. Please help us make the push to finish off the golf/summer season
strong. Thank you, for attending and participating in many of the new events we are holding at
the club. It is exciting to bring these fun events to our Membership and we hope you have
enjoyed your July! Our musical events have been a great hit, including live music on the patio
with Jasper, as well as dueling pianos (soo much fun). Be on the lookout for more of these fun
musical events in the near future!
We have plenty of events ahead at the Club, including the final matches for the Kolbe and
Becker Cup, Men’s, Ladies, Junior, and Couples Club Championship. Our junior sports banquet
will take place on Thursday, August 13th. Please sign up at the golf shop for these upcoming
events. In the clubhouse we have some great dining events planned, including Lobster Night,
Bites and Flights, & Bourbon BBQ. Please contact the Clubhouse to get reservations for these
great nights!
I’m sure you have all seen the posters in the lobby of the club house showing the different
renovations that have taken place at other Arcis Golf owned facilities. We are getting closer and
closer to starting our renovation at Eagle Brook. I will continue to update you with details about
our multimillion dollar renovation as it becomes available. I can’t wait to see the finished
product! As always, if there is anything you would like to discuss, please feel free to stop me at

The Eagle Brook Wine Society offers Members an
excellent opportunity to enhance the value of their
Membership. The monthly events are great social
gatherings to learn about new and unique wines while
mingling with friends. It is a unique and unparalleled
value. As a Wine Society Member you will gain
access to wine makers and experts to teach you the
nuances of fine wines, receive announcements of
new and limited release wines and be eligible for
discounts for wines on our current wine list. We still
have several wine lockers available.

Message from the Pool
Eagle Brook Pool August News
It is hard to believe we are already thinking about the last month of summer
here at the pool. It has been incredible to see the sun finally shinning and the
pool busy with members. As we begin to wind the summer down, we thought
we would give you a few updates about the pool and events at the pool.
Swim Team:
This year’s Eagle Brook Swim team took 3rd place at our annual conference
meet. We had tough competition between the nine other clubs in the area and
placed higher than ever before. All of us coaches are very proud of our team
and the parents who helped support us all season.
Swim Lessons:
Swim lessons have been very productive this season. We were able to help
over 20 different kids build their swimming endurance and swim
independently. We look forward to offering these classes next summer.
Pool Hours for August:
The pool will be open for normal hours through August 18th
Starting August 19th the pool will have limited lifeguarded hours due to school
starting. September 7th will be the last day of the pool season. Hope you enjoy
the fall and winter months. See you next year!
