Professional Photographer available for "free" family photos from 12:30pm-2:30pm
Photos are with Santa and Photos will stop promptly at 2:30pm so arrive early
At 2:30pm Santa will spend some "magical" time with the children
Reading holiday stories, performing magic and singing songs
Movie Starts promptly at 3:00pm
Movie will be Low Lighting and Low Noise

What is Date of Event and Location and are is there a cost for the event:
It is on Saturday December 1st from 12:30pm – 4:45pm at the Harkins Movie Theatre at Arizona
Mills Mall. The address is 5000 Arizona Mills Circle, Tempe, AZ. The entire event is Free and is our
way of saying Thank you and how special you are to us. PLEASE RSVP by Wednesday 11/28/12.
How do we know what theatre the party is in?
Upon arriving at the theatre, the entrance is on the North side of the Mall. There should be a
notice either on the computer sign reflecting the times of the movies. If you are unable to locate
this, go to the person you would give your tickets to and they will direct you to the theatre. You
do not need a ticket. Tell them you are here to attend the Affinity Family Care holiday event.
What if my child does not do well at the movies?
The fun part of this event is we have structured it to be very kid friendly. All of us have children
with special needs. We understand they may want to run up the isles, not sit or may need periodic
rest breaks or even may use their words when it should be quiet – we understand and are ok with
this. We want you to enjoy the event and not be worried about anything.
Is there food at the event?
We do not supply any food or beverage. There is a concession stand at the movie, and there is a
food court very close to the movie theatre. The movie theatre is actually in the mall with the food
court within a few feet of the entrance. Harkins allows you to go in and out of the Theatre/Mall.
What to do between photographs and Santa/Movie?
You can find a seat and sit in the theatre and watch others taking photographs. Harkins also allows
you to leave the theatre to go walk around the mall or go outside. Just tell them you’re attending
the Affinity Family Care event and they will let you go in and out.
Is there a charge for the Family Photographs?
There is no charge for the family photographs. Prior to you getting your photograph taken, we will
ask you to sign a full photography release. With this release, we will upload your photographs to a
secure site at www.walgreens.com. The photographer will give a full release to allow you the
opportunity to print them at Walgreens anytime. We will give you a piece of paper at the party
with instructions on how you can get the photographs. Photographs are ready within 2 weeks of
the event. This is our way of giving you a special memory of this amazing event.
What about Santa?
Initially we will be doing family photos with Santa so please be prompt if you would like family
photos. We will stop promptly at 2:30pm for Santa to do some activities with everyone. The movie
will start promptly at 3:00pm.
We will be giving a small gift to each child and hope to see you all there!
