Press Release TVB and Astro Present: “Wellness On The Go” Nancy Wu arrived at Malaysia to share the key to beautiful life (Hong Kong – 18 September 2013) TVB and Astro’s collaboration programme Wellness On The Go, broadcast to the 3rd episode, has received wide popularity among the Malaysian audiences. In each episode, host and professional doctor panel will investigate different type of common diseases and share health messages to the audiences. After the 4th episode shooting by Elaine Yiu at Ipoh, TVB red-hot artiste Nancy Wu arrived at Kuantan during 15-16 September for promoting Wellness On The Go and shooting of the 5th episode “Beautiful Life – Women”. TVB artiste Nancy Wu arrived at Taman Gelora for the promotional activity. Dressed in sport wear, Nancy showed her vitality and healthy image. As several TVB artistes had participated into hundred-people-aerobic at Malaysia before, dancing queen Nancy has been looking forward to the event on the day. Led by the aerobic tutor, Nancy and over hundred participants followed step by step with music and beats. After the exercise, Nancy was full of energy on stage and expressed that she loved Kuantan so much especially its unique culture and scenery. She was also warmly welcome by the local fans and longed for the shooting at Kuantan. The theme of Wellness On The Go 5th episode is Beautiful Life – Women. Professional doctor analysed several common women-related diseases such as breast cancer and cervical cancer. Except health information, lucky fans were even able to take photos with Nancy on stage and got souvenirs! After that, Nancy conducted shooting for the programme and discussed breast cancer, cervical cancer and other women-related killer diseases with doctor. She expressed the key to beautiful life was health. She encouraged women should perform body-check and do exercise regularly. On the next day, Nancy arrived at Sg Lembing Town for shooting. She cooperated with a local master for the production of toufu. From grinding, straining, boiling and curding, Nancy paid great effort in the whole production process and understood the difficulty in making toufu. She then cooperated with a nutritionist to make healthy toufu soup and salad. Nancy’s home-made mango grapefruit juice also received great appreciation! The two-day promotional activity and shooting had been successfully concluded. Nancy Wu expressed that she had learned a lot as being the host of the health programme, in which she gained knowledge in different diseases and experienced the uniqueness of Kuantan. The 5nd episode of Wellness On The Go – Beautiful Life - Women shot at Kuantan will be broadcast on 30 September at Wah Lai Toi and Astro HD and TVB actor Oscar Leung will arrive at Pahang in Malaysia to host the last episode soon.
