Auction Rules
1. Successful bidders are required to pay for all items before leaving.
Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted.
• Payment in full this evening is mandatory.
• Auction items must be picked up this evening.*
• Special arrangements can be made for large items.
• If you are splitting the purchase of a package with others, please be sure to
give all bidder numbers to the spotters so that each bidder will have
appropriate paperwork upon checkout. Once paid for, we cannot go back and
recreate paperwork for tax purposes. Please consult your tax professional for
tax deductible amounts.
2. Bidding:
• Bar code labels must accompany all Live and Silent bids.
• To bid on Live Auction items, raise your Auction bid number to be recognized
by the auctioneer. The auctioneer will announce the winning bid number.
3. In case of dispute, the auctioneer’s decision is final.
4. Buyers should contact donor’s within 30 days to arrange for dinners,
vacations, condos, etc. Vacation homes/trips are not transferable and are
donated for adults or families and are subject to availability restrictions, black out
dates, taxes and/or gratuities.
5. Values associated with items have been provided by the donors. Please note
restrictions on the bid sheets or display gift certificates. All items are subject to
the donor’s restrictions and applicable tax requirements. Gift certificates may
not be redeemed for cash. Unless otherwise specified, all auction packages or
certificates must be used within one year of the auction.
6. All merchandise is sold “AS IS”, and Celebration Auction and Jesuit make no
warranties expressed or implied, or representations in connection with the sales.
No statement contained in this program or made orally at the Auction or elsewhere
shall be deemed to be such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability
against Celebration Auction or Jesuit or the Donor of the property or service.

It’s the ultimate Top Gun experience for one person as a fighter pilot for a day in a military aircraft.
Do you have what it takes to be a fighter pilot for a day? Imagine yourself scanning the skies in a real military
aircraft in search of an enemy airplane. You spot the bogey at 3 o’clock, break, turn hard, and the fight’s on.
Up, down, and around, pulling G’s, making quick decisions until you out maneuver your opponent. Put the
gunsight pipper on them, squeeze the trigger, and guns, guns, guns! The enemy erupts in smoke and you roll
up and away. Victorious! Your aircraft is an aerobatic, Italian built fighter with the lines and handling of an
aerial Ferrari with an onboard intercept capability for acquiring targets beyond visual range.
Are you up for the challenge? You, as the guest pilot, will get to fly real military fighters alongside licensed
fighter pilots in the cockpit. Each aircraft is outfitted with three high-end digital multi-camera systems to
capture your fighter pilot experience, and a tracking system that verifies an air-to-air kill.
You will be briefed beforehand on basic fighter tactics, rules of engagement, and the physiological effects of
G-forces. Then you’ll climb into the cockpit with an instructor pilot for the thrill of a lifetime! You will practice
formation flying, basic maneuvers, and engage in 5-6 dogfights. The entire experience is recorded on a miniDVD from three onboard cockpit cameras. The tapes are used for debriefing purposes and are yours to keep.
