our friendly staff and warm surroundings will enhance your dining experience. Our dining room is
an ideal venue for dinners and corporate parties, accommodating up to 150 guests.
We're pleased to assist tournament organizers with customized menu planning and a wide range
of additional menus for breakfasts, lunches and receptions. Please enquire with our Tournament
Coordinator for more information.

2007 Payment Policies
Payment: All tournaments must include a deposit at time of booking; such deposit will be equal to the greater of $1000.00 or $20.00
per player. Confirmation of numbers along with a further deposit equal to 80% of the tournament costs must be made 8 days prior
to the tournament date. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the tournament. If full payment is not received by
Wintergreen within 14 days following the tournament, any outstanding balance will be charged to the organizer’s approved credit card.
If the tournament cancels more than 90 days in advance 75% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled 60 to 90 days in advance 50%
of the deposit will be refunded. All cancellations within 60 days will forfeit 100% of their deposit.
The tournament will be responsible for all costs based on the confirmed numbers.
