* S VERSION : it works with a nylon bag filled with fossil flours or perlite as filter aids. The
The food version is good for filtering musts ( without peels and grapes) cloudy wines and
partially fermented.
* C VERSION : the version S with bag can be modified into a filter with cartons for
clearing, brightening or sterilize before bottling ( see tab. 2) .

Standard version suitable for filtration of chemical, cosmetical, pharmaceutical products, soda,
mineral water and all liquids with density not superior to oil ( class I foods) .
For class III and IV foods wine, liquor, olive oil, vinegar, fruit juices is compulsory the food version
( see under) .
