group of “hungry shoppers” and we have negotiated some great deals for 2016. As you
would expect, new cafes, bistro’s and restaurants are coming on-board all the time so it is best
to discuss your lunch requirements with one of our Consultants when you are planning your
shopping tour. Some groups like the flexibility of everyone buying their own and for this we
suggest a McDonalds/KFC stop as there is plenty of choice. We do not suggest lunch on the run
as we have found that the groups always want a coffee and toilet stop anyway and if we stop at
a normal take away outlet it takes longer than the pub or cafe lunch whilst everyone is served.
Whatever suits best, we are happy to work with you. Here’s just a few suggestions we are happy

HOW TO BOOK
1.Choose
•The date of your tour
•Decide where and when your group would like to be picked up
and approximate return time required (Maximum 2 pick-ups)
•The approximate number travelling (Minimum 20 for fundraising)
•Preferred Hostess - a hostess will be allocated to you if you have
not travelled with us before or would prefer to try a new one
•If you have chosen your warehouses & lunch type fill in that
section of the booking Form, otherwise we will require this
information no later than 1 month prior to your departure date.
The week of your tour we will email your final itinerary to you for
your information & distribution to the ladies on the day if you wish.
2.Fill in your Booking Form and either

3.Deposits can be paid by cheque, money order or direct debit
to our bank account. If paying direct into our bank account
please attach a copy of your remittance advice.
4.The Balance including your lunch is due 21 days prior to the
tour it is a good idea to tell your group that you require the
balance 1 month prior so that you have the money in by this
time. This will determine the size coach that is allocated to your
group.
5.Extra passengers can be paid for on the day but the office
must be advised prior to the tour so that we can ensure that
you have the correct size vehicle.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Terms and Conditions
Deposit: $100.00 deposit is required to secure your tour
date. This is non refundable, however you may transfer to
another date within 1 year providing that notice is given at
least 21 days prior to your tour date. If less than 21 days
notice is given your deposit will be forfeited
Balance Due: 21 days prior to departure for your minimum
numbers. Additional passengers may be added up to the
day of the tour. Final numbers must be advised to the
office prior to departure to ensure that we have allocated
enough seating for everyone and the correct numbers
are booked for your lunch. If for any reasons you have
cancellations prior to your tour and 5 days notice is
given these will be refunded along with your commission
cheque after your tour. No refunds are given for no-shows
on the day.
For numbers under 20 adults travelling notify our office
no later than 10 (ten) days prior to travelling so a mini bus
can be organised.
Warehouses: 10 warehouses can be chosen for your tour,
depending on locations it is sometimes possible to visit 1
or 2 more once your itinerary is set, we ask you to chose
your 10 warehouses and nominate a further 2 that may be
able to be accommodated on the day. Please advise your
chosen warehouses a minimum of 1 month prior and no
changes can be accepted from 10 days prior to your tour.
In the event of a warehouse missed for whatsoever
reason, Bargain Buyers is not responsible for loss
of commission that may have been earned at that
warehouse.
From time to time warehouses may not be available, we
will make every effort to inform you prior to your tour and
arrange a suitable substitute.
Lunch bookings: All of your group must attend a preorganised lunch.
Hostess: Whilst we endeavour to ensure that your
requested hostess is allocated to your group there are
times when they have been requested by another group
or may not be available. Preference will be given to the
first deposited booking. Where the balance has not been
received 21 days prior to your tour your hostess may be
allocated to another group.

strictly use RMS/MOT Accredited Coaches and Drivers
Children: All School Children under 16 can travel free and
just pay for lunch. These seats do not count towards the
total number of passengers for your commission % or for
the actual cost of your seats. Child restraints are requires
for all children from 0-7 years and it is up to the individual
passenger to provide these along with the extension strap
that comes with all car seats as this is attached at floor level.
Free Seats: Please note that free seats do not count
towards the number of passengers for your commission
% or for the actual cost of your seats.
Commissions: Full Commission is paid on all outlets and
your commission payment is guaranteed to your group
within 21 days of your tour. Minimum numbers of 20
paying passengers (not including free seats, organisers
or children) are required for commission to be received.
Tour Length: 12 Hours from Depot to Depot (Government
Regulation). Warehouse opening and closing times, which
vary from time to time, may impact on this.
Whilst all care is taken by Bargain Buyers Warehouse
Shopping Tours and our staff, we cannot be held
responsible for the loss of personal valuables and
goods which are the responsibility of the individual.
Bargain Buyers Warehouse Shopping Tours believe
all the information supplied by Warehouses and
Lunch Venues at the time of printing to be correct. We
accept no liability in the unlikely event that any of the

We will be under no liability if we are unable to carry
