The purpose of this Construction Demo Day is to show people the full range of our construction
equipment offered. We offer more than just CAT machines so this demo day will show to our
prospective construction customers that we are the full solution for their equipment needs.

ROAD PAVING DEMO DAY MAY – 01,02. 2012
Paving Days event in May 01-02, 2012, which was organized by Wagner Asia Equipment LLC to Introduce
new Cat Paving Equipment in to Mongolian booming construction market. It was 2 days event: 1st day was
held on press release and product introduction conference and at the 2nd day, customers have seen Equipment at real action, at real work during the Equipment Demo. We have invited our key and newly potential
customers and officials from the Ministry of Roads, Construction an Urban Development of Mongolia. For
the Paving day, we have managed to generate plenty of potential leads and we are working on number of
equipment deal. Paving day was very effective not just for sales but also very good introduction of road

TRUCK DIVISION INTRODUCTION
Wagner Asia is proud to announce the formation of our new Truck Division, with Garrett
Wilson as the new Director and N. Munkhbat as the Sales Manager. In conjunction, we
are proud to be the exclusive dealer of quality trucks from JAC Motors, a Chinese brand,
as well as trucks from Navistar, a US manufacturer, under the International brand name.
The Truck Division also be marketing trailers and truck bodies from CIMC, also a Chinese
manufacturer. The JAC and International trucks both can be used in tractor/trailer arrangements for mining, with specific immediate demand in the coal transportation sector,
or they can be outfitted with truck bodies for other applications, such as cement mixers,
dump trucks, wreckers, fuel trucks, lube trucks, etc. In addition to mining, demand for
heavy duty trucks exists in other sectors as well, including construction, infrastructure,
agricultural, energy, transportation, road and railroad construction, and other industries in
Mongolia. Currently, this department resides on the 3rd floor of the Wagner Automotive
building in Ulaanbaatar. Future plans for truck and tire service facilities include locations
both in Ulaanbaatar and in the Gobi close to the coal-haul routes. The Truck Division will also expand our representation of the Michelin brand by providing additional sales and service of Michelin tires for the trucks and buses. Tire sales and
service centers close to the main haul roads on the way to the border crossings will allow
us to reach our customers where they need us most.

FUTURE MONGOLIA
2012-EXPO
Future Mongolia inaugurated on Wednesday, 16th of May, Future Mongolia was officially
inaugurated in the Buyant Ukhaa Sportcomplex, wich has been transformed in a modern
exhibtion facility by the organizer. The ceremony was performed by high ranking officials
from the Mongolian government and the city government of Ulaanbaatar as well as the
ambassador of the Germany. Among the audience have many representatives of international business community.

TRAINING DEPARTMENT NEWS
WAE LLC is being social responsible company and we have been introducing and implementing Caterpillar’s training program in Mongolia and preparing hundreds and hundreds apprentices to be trained as a
professional technician with world standard for 8 years. In this period, our graduated technicians and professionals have been working in the Mongolian mining industry successfully. In our Training department ,
totally 144 apprentices of 6 classes are being planned to be graduated in 2012. As we see today’s result ,
72 apprentices of 3 classes have been graduated successfully these days and provided by job positions 100
percent. Those graduated students are working as a Training instructor of Heavy duty machine, special
professional staff and technician of heavy duty machine.
Our Training Department consist of 31 employees.

SPRA COUPE FIELD DAY
AGCO team have organized Spra Coupe Field Day to introduce the technique to the customers who run
their activity in the Khalkh gol region, Dornod where the agricultural sector is being developed rapidly on
16th of June, 2012 and 47 customers from ’Dornod guril’ LLC, ‘Bulgadai LLC’, ‘Munkhtal LLC’, ‘Uizen Tal’
LLC, ‘Gegeeleg’ LLC, ‘Altai’ group LLC, and guests such as: agronomist of Dornod aimag from Dornod Governer office and Agricultural sector specialist from Khalkh gol sum Governer office were participated and
been taught about Spra Coupe operation by Aleksei, Kopolov, regional manager of ‘AGCO’ international LTD
who is responsible fully for Mongolia and Dmitri, Trofimov, specialist of Spra Coupe from ‘AGCO’ international LTD during a day and had great chances to test what they learnt on the field operating Spra Coupe
by themselves
Every guest who involved to our Spra Coupe Field Day were satisfied and we could have good business

Congratulations Black Belts !
This spring we sent 4 people to Geneva for 3 weeks to be trained as Black Belts in the Caterpillar 6 Sigma methodology. Black Belts lead teams through processes improvement projects using
6 Sigma. 6 Sigma is a highly disciplined methodology that uses statistical tools and data based
decision making to find root causes of problems and implement long term solutions.
They have all started projects and are leading Green Belt training within our company. Green Belt
training is a 3 day training to give an intermediate level of understanding in the 6 Sigma methodology. In the future we will also start Yellow Belt training, a few hours, basic training session to
anyone in the company who is interested in learning more about 6 Sigma.
These will be announced via email and we welcome you join us.

POWER SYSTEMS DIVISION NEWS
PSD continues to work on its three priorities of Staffing, Training, and Marketing. From 3 people
in December, we have rapidly grown to almost 40 Sales, Service, Engineering and Project Management specialists. We are glad to welcome Delgernaran as Sales and Rental Manager. He will
use his excellent experience in business development to work with our young sales staff to ensure
that we stay #1 in the market.
On 7 and 8 May PSD completed a teambuilding seminar organized by Ulzimaa and carried out by
Human Fortis. It gave us valuable insights into communication and teamwork, lessons which we
are already using each day.
Each Sales Rep and PSSR is enrolled in Caterpillar certification courses and we are happy to Congratulate Gantsetseg and Janchiv for becoming Certified Sales Reps. Project Managers Tsolmon
and Odmaa are completing the first stage toward International Project Manager certification.
However, the largest training tasks have fallen to our technician group. They have spent weeks
training on Olympian maintenance and repair, control systems, packaging, and installation and
commissioning.
PSD is a very new department and we are building a foundation for great success.

Our annual Zamiin-Uud picnic has been held on 16th June. We are so happy that picnic was successful. During this picnic, Zamiin-Uud new branch’ opening celebration was also held. And three
technicians, Munkh-Orgil.L, Munkhsukh.S, and Batkhuu.B received “5 years pin” from the Directors.
Gobi picnic will be held on 23th of June and UB picnic will be held on 30th of June.
