Prevent Power From Being Switched On Accidentally.

SPECIFICATIONS
:
1.Inside measurements of unit, less grill, are 4" x 3-7/16" x 10" (see drawing on back).
2.Grill measures 5-5/8" x 11 -1 5/16" x 3/4" (see drawing on back).
3.Unit is UL Listed.
4.Unit operates on standard 120 volt house current.
5.Motor is 1/250 hp. (2800 RPM. .285 amps).
6.The filter is easily replaced without removing grill (see drawing).
7.Grill is attached by a single screw in each end (see drawing).
FILTER REPLACEMENT:
The filter should be replaced at intervals to maintain the effectiveness of the unit.
If fan operates :
2 hours per day
4 hours per day
Continually
Filter should be replaced :
Every 9 months
Every 6 months
Every 3 months
LIMITED WARRANTY:
All products covered by this instruction sheet are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from
date of sale. This warranty does not apply to damage from accident, misuse, or alteration, nor where the connected voltage is more than
5% above the nameplate voltage, nor to equipment improperly installed or wired or maintained in violation of this instruction sheet. This
warranty is valid only in the fifty states of the United States. No other written or oral warranty applies. No employee, agent, dealer, or
other person is authorized to give any warranties on behalf of TekQuest Industries.
The customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the removal or reinstallation and shipping of the product for repairs.
Within the limitations of this warranty, inoperative units should be returned to Rush Hampton, 4200 St. Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL 32771. It
is agreed that such repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy available from Rush Hampton and that Rush Hampton IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDINGINCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIALDAMAGE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damage, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
Merchandise returned to the factory must be accompanied by a return authorization and service identification tag, both
available from the above location. When requesting return authorization, include. all catalog numbers shown on the product.
