TAUZIA Hotel Management has since 2002, pioneered its own hotel
concepts and products within Indonesia with a collection of brands ranging from deluxe
properties - WORLDHOTELS and PRÉFÉRENCE Hotels, mid-scale - HARRIS Hotels to “ecofriendly” budget hotels - POP! Hotels as well as TAUZIA Estate Management.
Our Consulting division has also achieved and contributed to various residential and hotel
projects throughout Indonesia.
The TAUZIA Corporate Team can be found in their head office based in Jakarta.
Consisting of 55 members, the team is composed of a panel of highly qualified expertise that
is vital to supporting and following-up the daily operations of the properties managed by
TAUZIA.
TAUZIA Hotel Management provides active assistance in Human Resources, Finance,
Branding, Product Development, Graphic Design, Sales & Marketing, Technical Architecture,
E-distribution and IT.

TAUZIA’s expertise and performance comes from the contribution of its team and bringing a range
of operational experience in various backgrounds, Management, Human Resources, Finance, Sales,
Communications, Marketing, E- Commerce and IT services :
Marc STEINMEYER, President Director
A graduate of Glion Hotel Management School (Switzerland), he is a former
Chief Executive Officer of Accor in Asia. Within 20 years of dedicated service
at this leading hotel company, he has developed and operated the Accor network in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore from 1993 to 2000. Mr. Steinmeyer
brings to TAUZIA an extensive knowledge of the hotel industry, tourism and
catering in terms of Management, Human Resources, Product development,
Marketing and Finance.
Christophe GLASS, Director
A graduate of Lausanne Hotel Management School (Switzerland). After 10
years of hotel operational experience in Europe with various hotel chains,
he lead development of the Accor network in Indonesia from 1996 to 2000.
Mr. Glass contributes to TAUZIA’s successful results with his operational management and legal & financial expertise.
Wenny YANUANDITA, Executive Secretary and Business Development Coordianator
Graduated in Communications, she is the assistant of the President Director
and Director who is also in charge of the coordination of Business development division.
Irene J. BUDIASIH, Director of Operation POP! Hotels
Graduated from Economic in major of Finance - Accounting system, she’s in
charge for POP! Hotel Operations and over look Bali properties performance.
With her extensive experiences in Hospitality industry, her goal is to set up
and run the operation efficiently, effectively and consistently for the benefit of
company and customer satisfaction.

Eric SIMARD, Director of Projects and Operations
A Graduate of Hotel School in Vannes, France with 20 years of hospitality
industry business in South East Asia, mainly 9 years with ACCOR
( Thailand, Vietnam & Cambodia ) & 9 nine years with Victoria Hotels & Resorts
including 5 years as Managing Director. He is in charge of projects & operations
of TAUZIA Hotel Management.
Stylianos KOUREAS, Regional General Manager for Batam
A graduate of Glion Hotel Management School ( Switzerland ), he overlooks
the performance of HARRIS properties in Batam (HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam and HARRIS Hotel Batam Center)
Timbul PARTOHAP, Corporate Finance Controller
With extensive experience as Finance Controller and Executive Committee
member, he is responsible for TAUZIA’s overall finance and accounting functions.
He also oversees the accounting and control functions of all the properties
Nadja LEIVA, Corporate Finance Manager
MBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris, she
oversees all direct corporate financial and legal planning & structure. She
is in charge of developing, implementing and maintaining accounting &
administrative policies and procedures at TAUZIA as well as of analyzing and
reporting financial performance internal and external parties.

Corporate Human Resource Manager
He / She is overlooking the strategic direction of Human Resources and Training aspects of TAUZIA Group.
Yani SINULINGGA, Corporate Communications Manager
A graduate of University of La Rochelle, France and University of Indonesia, she
is responsible for all communications and the development of communication
strategy within TAUZIA. She is in charge of the media relations and coordinating
the communication strategy of the properties under TAUZIA.
Daniel D. SUGANDA, Corporate Architect
A graduate of Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung major in civil enginering
& post graduate in architecture from Bandung Institute of Technology with solid
experience in design & construction. He is in charge of technical assesment and
provides experties for new hotel projects. His academic background combine with
his experience help him to overlook projects in a comprehensive way.
Indra TJAKRADHARMA, Corporate Architect
A graduate of St. Thomas Catholic University, Medan. With experiences in broad
aspect of architectural planning and design. In charge of technical assessment and
provides expertise for new hotel projects. He is responsible for design consistency,
functional efficiency and technical reliability. He oversees the project as early as
conceptual phase until it is handed over to the operations.

Graduated from Tarumanegara University, Jakarta. In charge of technical assessment and provides expertise for hotel projects. Review project simulations by
brands to meet the standards and qualifications given.
She offers brands guidance and assisting the hotel concept developtment by

Milly R. P. PONTOH, Corporate Architect

Andi FIRMAN, Corporate Architect
Graduated from University of Trisakti majoring in Architecture. Having design
skill in using the advance technology and after years of experience handling
large scale projects from architectural, interior and high rise buildings,
nationally and internationally, he is now responsible in giving guidance
towards the successfulness of TAUZIA corporate projects.
Antoine VILLETTE, Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing
A graduate of Glion Hotel Management School (Switzerland). He has been
working for 18 years in the hotel’s industry, 11 years as general Manager
in ACCOR, Aston and HARRIS Hotels. He is now in charge of the Sales and
Marketing in TAUZIA Hotel Management

Rachel HOWARD, Corporate Brand Manager
Graduated with an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Paris where she
specialised in Brand management ; she is the head of the Brand Management
and Services department, responsible by TAUZIA and Managed by TAUZIA
brands, she manages all key decisions in order to keep the brands consistent,
and overseeing Purchasing, Graphic Design, Brand and Product Development.
Rina DWI UTAMI, Corporate IT Manager
A graduate of Mercubuana University, she is in charge of all Information
Technology related matters and integration processes. She manages Tauzia’s IT
networks and runs the IT systems of HARRIS, PREFERENCE hotels, POP! Hotels.
Clement SEBBAN, Business Development Manager
Graduated in international Business and Geopolitics from the Institute of
International Relations Studies in Paris, he also attained a Post Graduate
Diploma from Glion Hotel Management School, Switzerland. He is responsible
for TAUZIA’s project development in Indonesia and Singapore.
Milko PAPAZOF, Business Development Representative – Malaysia
Graduated from Electrical and Mechanical Industries School in Ecole Violet,
La Rochelle, France. He is TAUZIA’s Business Development Representative in
Malaysia for Hotels and Serviced Apartments management and partnership
opportunities.
Anuj MALIK, Business Development Representative – India
A Senior Finance and Business Development Executive with 15 years of
experience in Real Estate, Property Development and Corporate Finance in
Asia. Anuj is TAUZIA’s Business Development Representative in India for Hotels
and Serviced Apartments management and partnership opportunities.
