Its versatility and attractive design allow the reproduction/emulation of the operation of a real factory, thus allowing the study of different scenarios. The highest stateof-the-art technologies used in productive processes are integrated in this didactic system, which responds to the need of the most diverse sectors (automotive, semiconductors, food, pharmaceutical etc.). HAS covers the fourth level in the automation pyramid, and goes into the ERP level for the introduction of production orders. The system reproduces a productive process with a high level of automation which helps to develop the professional capacities required in the most diverse sectors (automotive, semiconductors, food, pharmaceutical, etc). 18 www.swdt.co.uk Equipment & Room Hire 10 Module Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) The FMS system is the ideal answer to integral training in industrial automation. It is fully modular and flexible equipment and in keeping with industrial reality. The technologies included in its different assembly stations, as well as the assembly process with several variants, allow the user to develop the professional skills required by today’s automated industry. The modular features of this flexible automation cell allow the introduction of variations in the posts of which it is comprised so that they adapt to the different requirements of companies and training centres. From a simple configuration with one station only (working fully autonomously) to a complex configuration with eight or ten stations, the possibilities are endless. Industrial Process Control & Bottling & Filling Station This system allows the raw material to be moved from each of the side tanks towards the middle tank where the mixing takes place. Once mixed, the liquid leaves the tank and moves towards the second station or towards a draining element. The production station then incorporates a series of elements which allow regulation and control of the temperature, level, pressure and flow rate variables. This equipment is specially designed for the development of professional skills required in the continuous process industry (in sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, chemical, petroleum, etc.).
