Update of Company Profile
March 5 – 20, 2013
All companies registered in the e-FiT online system will be required to key in
information of all their Ultimate Beneficiary Shareholders as per the date of
submission of Feed-in Approval
Companies are not allowed to make any
changes to the Immediate Shareholders
which was previously declared at the
point of submission of Feed-in Approval.
Any change in the previously declared
Immediate Shareholders will result in
the revocation of the Feed-in Approval
granted.
After keying the Ultimate Beneficiary
Shareholders, companies are to update
their profiles :
a minimum paid-up capital of RM20,000 for Feedin Approval application of up to 72kW or
RM50,000 for Feed-in Approval application of
more than 72 kW;
Latest Memorandum and Articles of Association
under the Companies Regulations 1966 showing
power generation from renewable energy as part
of their line of business;
Latest audited accounts under the Companies
Regulations 1966

Initial Operation Date (IOD)
Documents to be uploaded into system within 5 days after IOD occurred

installed
• Scanned soft copy of the acceptance test certificate issued by a qualified person
• Scanned soft copy of the ST Public License (Permanent).
Hard copy of the ST Public License (Permanent) certified as a true copy by an
Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya or a Commissioner of Oaths
• Required to apply 3 Months from ST before Initial Operation Date (IOD)
• Scanned soft copy of the written confirmation from the FiA Holder that the initial
operation date has occurred, accompanied by:
• a) A certificate from a qualified person stating that the renewable energy installation
and interconnection facilities have been designed and constructed in accordance
with prudent utility practices; and
• b) The distribution licensee's written acceptance of the initial operation date
proposed by the FiA Holder

FiT Commencement Date
Documents to be uploaded into system within 14 days after FitCD occurred
• Scanned soft copy of the written confirmation from the FiA Holder that the FiT
Commencement Date has occurred, accompanied by a certificate from a qualified
person; stating that the renewable energy installation has successfully completed a
reliability run in accordance with the requirements of the Renewable Energy
(Technical and Operational Requirements) Rules 2011
• Reliability Run of all renewable energy installations connected to a connection point
through a medium or high voltage direct connection are seven (7) continuous days
as per “Guideline and Determination of the Sustainable Energy Development
Authority Malaysia” requirement
• Scanned soft copy of the testing and commissioning report confirming the applicable
bonus FiT criteria.(installation in buildings or building structures)
• Scanned soft copy of the written confirmation by a qualified person that such
modules and/or inverters (as the case may be) were installed in the renewable energy
installation. (solar photovoltaic modules)
