Company in calling this prestigious location home. Ferro chose Landerhaven Corporate Center for their
corporate headquarters because of its fresh, open environment in order to facilitate collaboration,
communication and innovation into their newly-combined 150 employee workforce.
Davis Development Group, Inc. worked with the City of Mayfield Heights to develop the office park for the
former Landerhaven 27 hole golf course in 1985. The first two corporate headquarters were Reliance
Electric and Progressive Insurance. In 1995, Rockwell International purchased 40 acres for their Rockwell
Automation Division. Davis Development Group owns two other buildings in Landerhaven Corporate Center.
