in big-rig customization and accessorizing! Take a walking tour of their 40,000-plus square-foot retail chrome and accessory superstore, installation,
customizing and metal fabrication shops, salvage yard and dismantling department, catalog call center, and warehouse.

T O UR 2 & 6: Br ans o n S ce nic Railway & T i tani c Mus e um T o ur ( Max . 56 peo ple)
Travel south to Branson, Missouri and experience the luxury of rail travel from yesteryear on a 40-mile round-trip excursion thru the Ozark foothills. This
1:45-hour trip travels through tunnels, over trestles, and through the southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas wilderness that is still home to much
wildlife and to the ruins of long-ago communities now named only on railroad maps. After a home-style lunch at McFarlains in Branson, take a self-guided
walking tour of the world’s most famous luxury liner, the Titanic Museum attraction. The museum opens the door to the past by letting “passengers”
experience first-hand what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins and Grand Staircase of the Titanic. Touch a real iceberg, reach your hands into
28-degree water, and try to stand on the sloping decks while surrounded by more than 400 artifacts from the ship and its passengers.
• Tour 2: Thursday, May 29, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Tour 6: Friday, May 30, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

T O UR 3 & 7: Sus pe ns io ns & Tank T r ai l e r F ac to r i e s T o ur (Ma x . 56 peo pl e)
Tour the Ridewell Suspensions factory in Joplin and see the air-ride, rubber-ride, and steel spring suspension systems and corresponding controls they
manufacture. Ridewell's truck and trailer suspensions are targeted to the heavy duty applications of Class 6, 7, and 8 vehicles. After lunch at the popular
Lamberts (home of the “throwed rolls”), tour Polar Tank Trailer and their full line of custom-built aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel tank trailers
that carry such diverse items as food products, hot products, asphalt, petroleum, chemicals, corrosives, petro-chemicals, crude oil, and fertilizer. The last
tour is the over-the-road tankers division at Paul Mueller Stainless Steel Tanks; view their state-of-the-art fabrication and machining facility, with nearly
1-million square feet of manufacturing space.
• Tour 3: Thursday, May 29, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Tour 7: CANCELED
• $80 (lunch included)
T O UR 4: Bra n so n Be lle S ho wb o at/Bo nni e Br o o k T o ur (Ma x . 56 peo pl e)
Themed after the majestic showboats of the 1800s, the showboat “Branson Belle” evokes the spirit of a bygone era when river boat adventure, glamorous
travel, and dazzling entertainment converged. The 2-hour cruise will offer gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake and the lush Ozark Mountains from the
riverboat’s three decks, and experience a delicious 3-course meal while enjoying one of the best variety shows in Branson. On the way back to Springfield,
explore the breathtaking grounds at BonnieBrook Historical Site, which was home to Rose O’Neill, a famous artist, activist, illustrator, and sculptor from
the late 1800’s. The Rose O’Neill art gallery contains 60 original works of art, the Kewpie Museum, and the BonnieBrook House, which is a recreation of
O'Neill's 14-room Ozarks mansion.
• Tour 4: Thursday, May 29, 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• $110 (lunch included)
T O UR 8: Fa n t as tic C ave r ns /Bas s Pr o /Battl e fi e l d T o ur (Ma x . 56 peo pl e)
Travel by jeep-drawn trams through America's only ride-through cave! Experience the beauty, splendor, stillness, and magnitude of Fantastic Caverns,
which was discovered in 1862. Lunch and shopping will take place at the granddaddy of all outdoor stores–the original Bass Pro Shop. This store is part
shopping and part museum, where you can view seven large fish tanks, an alligator pit, mounts and the NRA National Sporting Arms Museum, and the
Archery Hall of Fame. The last stop is Wilson's Creek National Battlefield. Fought on August 10, 1861, this was the site of the second major battle of the
Civil War; more than 2,500 Union and Confederate soldiers were killed, wounded or missing in five hours of intense fighting. Tour the visitor center and
museum, and take a five-mile bus tour through the battlefield. Walking trails are also available that lead to various battle sites, including Bloody Hill and the

Auction Rules
1. These rules pertain to the auction sale conducted by the American Truck Historical Society (“ATHS”) on May 31, 2014, at Ozark Empire Fairgrounds (Springfield, Missouri), and are subject to change. Please
consult with ATHS personnel during the convention for any changes or updates to these rules. All Buyers and Sellers must sign an agreement to be bound by these rules in order to participate in the auction.
2. Sales are to the highest bidder on a ‘where is’, ‘as is’ basis. All sales are final. An item in the auction can have a minimum reserve but Sellers must pay ATHS a “no sale” fee of $250 per unit. Auctioneer is in
control of final sales.
3. All vehicles must move under their own power, must have sufficient brakes to stop, and meet basic safety rules. Sellers may arrange to drive their own vehicles over the ramp during the auction of their
vehicle. Auctioneers will conduct a static auction of all other lots.
4. ATHS is not responsible for errors of description. Buyers are encouraged to make a thorough inspection of anything purchased in the auction. No warranties, expressed or implied, are offered. ATHS makes
no representations nor warranties as to the condition, originality, state of title, merchantability, fitness for any purpose, ownership or value of any auction lots. ATHS makes no representation relative to potential
delinquent vehicle registration fees, if any. Buyers acknowledge that ATHS’s responsibilities are limited to facilitating the auction, providing the venue for Sellers to sell and Buyers to buy, and ensuring that a Bill
of Sale is issued.
5. All potential Buyers must pre-register to obtain a bidder number. The auctioneer will only recognize Bidders with official numbers.
6. All Sellers must complete and sign this form for each consigned item.
7. All sales will include, at a minimum, a Bill of Sale from the Seller. Vehicles sold with a Bill of Sale only and no title will have a sign on them indicating “Bill of Sale Only”. When available, titles will be presented
to the Buyer upon completion of payment via accepted payment methods or within 30 days after the close of the auction when payment is confirmed.
8. Buyers pay only the gavel sale price; no additional fees are applicable. Full payment must be made for any purchases on the day of the auction. Payment transactions will be handled by ATHS staff
immediately after the close of the auction at the ATHS Registration area. Ten percent (10%) of the gavel sale price of each item will be retained as sales commission by ATHS. ATHS will remit ninety percent
(90%) of the gavel sale price of each item to the Seller within 30 days after the close of the auction.
9. Credit cards, cash, and travelers checks are the only accepted payment methods. Payment must be in U.S. funds. Proper identification for both the Buyer and Seller is required on all auction transactions.
10. Both Buyers and Sellers agree that any dispute which may arise related to the purchase of a vehicle at this auction shall not include ATHS, Taylor & Martin Auctioneers, or their agents, servants, employees
or representative, and to hold ATHS, Taylor & Martin Auctioneers, and individuals managing the auction harmless with respect to any such dispute. Buyers and Sellers agree that the exclusive venue for
litigation of any dispute in connection with this consignment or the sale of unit shall be the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri.
11. Auction items can be delivered to the auction site no earlier than Tuesday, May 27, 2014. All items must be removed by noon Sunday, June 1, 2014. Late arrivals for the auction will be accepted until 5 p.m.
Friday, May 30, 2014.
Safety Rules
1. No person shall operate a vehicle under its own power on the grounds unless the owner knows the brakes are in good working order, and it is otherwise in safe operating condition.
2. Vehicle operators must have a valid driver’s license and must know how to drive the vehicle and safely stop it.
3. Each vehicle shall be taken to its designated display area and remain there, except when participating in an event or is moved as required or permitted by Show Management.
4. Parked vehicles shall be secured with a chock block.
5. All vehicles, machinery, or other loads that are on trucks or trailers must be securely fastened down.
6. Each show vehicle shall be equipped with an Underwriters Laboratories approved fire extinguisher.
7. Fuel tanks shall be capped. Any fuel leakage will be grounds for barring entry of a vehicle or requiring its removal by towing from the display area.
8. Vehicle or attached or transported equipment engines shall not be run unless the vehicle owner, or other person authorized by the owner is in close attendance.
9. Vehicles must be operated in a cautious and safe manner at all times.
10. Every vehicle, including trailers, shall be covered by owner’s liability insurance, except non-operational vehicles brought in on, and not removed from, trucks or trailers.
Acknowledgement of Agreement

Vendor Information
T
he ATHS has one of the largest groups of antique truck enthusiasts in the world. The antique truck show allows our members
to showcase their restored truck(s) and is expected to draw 600 to 800 trucks of every size — from pickups to 18-wheelers
— and from every era, from the early 1900s to the present. The show also puts people in touch with others who share
enthusiasm for vintage trucks.
The Truck Show Features:
For over 20 years the American Truck Historical Society has produced quality events around the nation. Our show provides a clean,
effective sales environment for vendors to display their products and services. ATHS accepts vendors that offer truck-related material
(i.e., memorabilia, books/manuals, photos, model trucks, parts, etc.).
