Mission & Values Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life by caring for those we serve with integrity, compassion, a positive attitude, respect and exceptional quality. In pursuit of our mission, we believe the following value statements are essential and timeless: • We recognize and affirm the unique and intrinsic worth of each individual. • We treat all those we serve with compassion and kindness. • We act with absolute honesty, integrity and fairness in the way we conduct our business and the way we live our lives. • We trust our colleagues as valuable members of our healthcare team and pledge to treat one another with loyalty, respect and dignity. ICARE Values Integrity means that we strive to earn the trust and respect of those we serve by holding ourselves personally accountable to do what is right, and ensuring consistency between what we say and what we do. We keep our promises, own our mistakes, and maintain high standards for individual performance. Compassion means sharing in the emotions and feelings of our patients, families, and co-workers, and acting with kindness in all we say and do. By treating others with compassion, we create an environment that inspires trust, safeguards dignity, and promotes healing. A Positive Attitude means we perform in a way that communicates we are here to serve. We believe that positive attitudes result in positive outcomes.
