Cancellation / Postponement 30 Days prior to check-in date – No cancellation fees imposed. 21 Days prior to check-in date – 1 night cancellation fee will be imposed based on the totals rooms blocked. 14 Days prior to check-in date – 100% cancellation fee will be imposed based on the total rooms blocked. NO SHOW – 100% cancellation fee will be imposed. Deposit A one-night deposit is required for all reservations prior to arrival. Check-In and Check-Out Time The hotel’s official check-in time is 1500 hrs on day of arrival and check-out is 1200 hrs on day of departure. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate guests of the event arriving before 1500 hrs. However, a half-day room charge is applicable for late checkout till 1800 hrs. Rooms occupied beyond 1800 hrs will be charged a full day’s room rate.
