Graveley is approximately 6.5 miles northeast of St. Neots and approximately 6.8 miles

the north of the village of Graveley. The 12 fields are
divided by mature hedges or tracks.
All rights reserved by the landlord.
The property is land only, there are no residences
included in the tenancy but a grain storage building of
approximately 500 square metres could be made
available.
Land Information
The land is classified as Grade II and the soil is a free
draining, lime rich loam.
Tenure
A Farm
Business Tenancy commencing the
29th September 2015 is offered for the whole of the
property for an initial term of three years. Further details

Outgoings
The successful applicant will be responsible for all
outgoings in respect of the holding during occupation.

Tenant Right
No tenant right will be payable by the incoming tenant(s).
Basic Payment Scheme (BPS)
The BPS entitlements will be vested in the tenant for the
duration of the tenancy. Upon termination of the tenancy
these entitlements or any alternative method of claim
subsidies that may be introduced will revert to the
landlord or ingoing tenant with no compensation payable
to the outgoing tenant.
A total of 85.48 BPS entitlements will be transferred to

Directions
From Huntingdon travelling east on the A14 exiting
junction 4 (Godmanchester) and follow the A1198 before
taking a right turn signposted ‘Graveley, Papworth
St. Agnes’ onto Barnfields Lane. Once into the village of
Graveley follow the road around as it changes to High
Street and heads north. The land is on the right hand
side as you travel towards Offord D'Arcy.
