Supplex®: Performance oriented, breathable fabric with a water resistant, cottony
finish. Supplex® is our most popular fabric. Often used in Gusseted Full Zip Jackets,
Crew Jackets and Pullovers.
Oxford Nylon: We use an uncoated 200 denier nylon that is both breathable and
durable. Oxford nylon is a great fabric choice for field sports.
Coated Taffeta: Our Coated Taffeta is rugged and has a highly water resistant smooth
surface. It is most often used in our Sideline Jackets & Parkas.
Wool: Ideal for Award & Varsity Jackets, we use a dense weave of wool blended with
20% nylon to produce a smooth, sturdy, long lasting fabric.
Terms & Policies
Colors: We go to great lengths to ensure that fabrics, trims and lining match
whenever possible. Due to the technicalities of dyeing various fabrics we cannot
guarantee exact matches. To see specific colors call us for a free swatch.
Shipping: All shipments are F.O.B. from our factory in So. Easton, MA. We Offer UPS
Ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Delivery: Orders are typically shipped in 4 weeks. However lead times vary
throughout the year. Please call Pop Tops customer service for our current lead
time.
Sales Agreement: All orders are subject to acceptance by Pop Tops. Once a custom

order is submitted it may not be cancelled. Additions may not be made to orders
once submitted.
Returns: Returns: All our products are custom manufactured to your individual
specifications and therefore cannot be canceled or returned once your order has
been submitted. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect we reserve the
right to repair the garment rather than issue credit. Returns will not be accepted
without return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the
sender at the sender's expense.
Reorders: We never drop a style. If you do not see the style you’re looking for in this
year’s catalog please give us a call. Please include the date of your most recent
order and/or the order number.
Terms & Payment Method: 50% deposit balance upon delivery. We accept MasterCard,
Visa, check and money order.
Sizing: Please refer to the size chart in this catalog. For the most accurate sizing
please have the same individual measure all members of the team. Please ask for
sizing samples if you are unsure on sizing.
Guarantee: Pop Tops Co. Inc. guarantees all garments to be free from manufacturing
defects. In the event that you do encounter a manufacturing defect please call
customer service at 1-800-647-8677 for a return authorization number and mail to

Kasha: A soft, cottony, cool weather alternative lining to mesh.
