A special firestarter consisting of a loblolly pine cone and wick, set into a special wax formula
base shaped like a large muffin. Place one of these firestarters on a bottom log of your fire and
light the wick. Your fire will be safely and easily started. Cones burn for up to 30 minutes each.

Hearth Rugs
Add beauty and functionality to your home. These attractive hearth rugs are intended to be used
in front of wood burning fireplaces to protect the carpet or wood flooring from escaping embers that
might come from the roaring fire. All Goods of the Woods hearth rugs are produced in half round
shapes, except for the Guardian collection in rectangular design.
Level One: Guardian rugs in Fiberglass provide maximum protection of any hearth rugs available. Level Two: Ember,
Creekside and Andiron collections in Wool provide the next level of protection. Wool is self-extinguishing, and char spots
may often be rubbed out leaving little visible damage. Level Three: Nylon offers the next level of protection, in Safari
and Classic styles. Embers may produce small melt spots on nylon rugs. Level Four: The other stylish collections made of
synthetic fibers perform similar to nylon but have slightly lower melt temperatures.
Please reference the brochure at the end of this catalog section for photographs of rug patterns and colors. All rugs
meet or exceed the CPSC standard FF170 for flammability.

Custom Fireplace Screens
Many hearths need a fire screen custom designed for a specific space. Pilgrim offers both flat and arched custom
spark guards designed from various templates. All dimensions are considered finished size. Custom screen options include
andiron cutouts, inside fit, choice of handle style, trim style and color preference. All custom screens have the Pilgrim fiveyear warranty for workmanship and materials, however, they are not returnable due to their customized nature. Allow
approximately 3-4 weeks for normal manufacture. If expedited service is required, a $75 handling fee will be added for
shipment within 5-7 working days upon receipt of order and template.
Ordering is easy! Orders for custom fire screens must be submitted in writing to ensure accuracy. A custom screen order
form should be used for the fastest, error-free handling of your order. A flat rate shipping charge will be added to every custom
screen invoice determined by zip code zone. Your AES Inside Sales Representative can calculate freight charges for you in order
to accurately quote your customer.
Reminder: All cancellations must be in writing via fax, e-mail or mail, and only if fabrication of the screen has NOT begun.
Special order custom screens are NOT returnable.
Note: Custom screens may require support bars. You will be notified through your order confirmation if this applies to your
screen so that you can inform your customer.
