Space and comfort for you and the team is
vital, and the double cab design of the K-series
truck leaves you all the room in the world. The
seating is designed to provide great comfort
and support for people of all shapes and sizes,
with seats for up to 6 occupants. To minimize
fatigue, the driver seatback style provides firm
support for the lumbar and pelvic areas, with
extra thick cushions in the seat back and bottom
and lumbar support. Full-cloth for driver and
passenger seats, extended sliding and 3-step
headrests driving ensure driving is a pleasure.
Comfort extends to the ergonomic design of
the crash pad and controls, clear and informative
gauge cluster with LED light source, and intuitive
usability of the centre console and sound
system. For organizing small miscellaneous items,
you can fold-down the front centre seatback
to reveal a multi-functional
console for practical

When carrying long goods beyond the deck,
it will prop the load safely by folding up.
The K-series truck is the right truck for big
cargo hauling or any other ground construction
job, with strength and space that belies its
manoeuvrability. One of the best reasons
to choose the K-series truck is its bed size,
which is gives you the length and width to
accommodate the bulkiest of cargo. The bed is
closer to the ground to make manual loading
and unloading of smaller items easier too.

Fully hinged side panels and back panel to the
loading area that can be lowered up to 180

Professional touches provide security and
resilience, and include the folding type stopper

and the durable rounded brim cover and wall
protection beams for security.
Its compact size ensures the K-series truck

length (standard) by 1,630 mm
wider width, the K-series truck
bed proportion will give you

truck bed has a low height of
733 mm for easier access when

The K-series truck is simply better. Its sufficient loading capacity, high levels
of engine and brake performance, aerodynamic styling and a focus on driver
refinements hep you focus on the work at hand.
First of all, we care about you

The improved 2,665 cc J2 engine is a normally
aspirated unit which produces 80 ps (66 kW) at
4,000 rpm and 16.8 kg·m (165 Nm) of torque
at 2,400. It generates quiet, capable and
economic efficiency.
The K3000S is equipped with a 2,956 cc
JT engine which puts out 85 ps (63 kW) at
4,000 rpm and 18.5 kg·m (181 Nm) of torque
at 2,200 rpm, offering sufficient muscle power
to haul the largest loads.

The 2,476 cc intercooled turbo charged engine of the K2500 pushes performance output to 94 ps (69 kW) at 3,800 rpm and 22.5 kg·m (220 Nm) of torque at 2,000 rpm, enabling a maximum speed of up to 127 km / h.

Kia engineers carefully considered what a
driver needs from a working vehicle, and these
needs have been met right from the start of
development with four engine options. The new
turbo charged 2.5-litre engine that pulls the
K2500TCi provides good power and economy,
and the 2.7-litre J2 Diesel engine in the K2700
is a top performer, offering quiet and economical
performance. The 3.0-litre JT Diesel of the
K3000S provides optimum power and torque,
increasing your hauling capability, while the
eco-efficient 2.9-litre common rail diesel in the
K2900CRDi is also a powerhorse. Mated with
a smooth-changing and fuel-efficient 5-speed
manual transmission, you have the powertrain to
make light work of loads. Throughout you’ll find
enhanced convenience. The TACS (Time Alarm
Control System) functions as a battery saver,
parking-brake start warning and dimming room
lamp. The open semi-hood
provides easy checking
and refilling of fluids,
and a twin outside
view mirror features
two faces to reduce
blind spots.
The most powerful engine in the range
is the J3 engine (2,902 cc) in the K2900.
This powerhouse puts out 125 ps (92 kW)
at 3,800 rpm and 25 kg·m (245 Nm) of
torque at 1,500 ~ 3,200 rpm for maximum
hauling capacity.

Kia has looked at strength from every angle, and
the K-series truck offers excellent durability and
safety that you’d find on full-sized trucks as well
as in passenger cars. Comprehensive structure
analysis has led to an extended front overhang
for enhanced resistance to frontal impact. The
cabin has been strengthened by applying harder
and thicker steel sheets additional door impact
bars, back panel reinforcement and side cross
members. A tighter cabin assembly fit projects
a refined look and isolates components in the
event of an accident A ladder-shaped chassis
frame with double square beam maximizes the
body’s overall flexural rigidity. The K-series truck
equipped with 4WD to make it easier to cope
with snow, sand and gravel and the Limited Slip
Differential option will provide greater traction
by transferring power to the wheels
with most grip.

Power & Tilt steering: Boosted by hydraulic power,
the system facilitates the driver’s turning effort, such
as when parallel parking. The optional tilt-adjustable
steering column easily matches personal preferences and
various seat positions, guaranteeing a comfortable driving
posture.
Audio system: The mechanical deck audio system has
functional oversize buttons and its matt black finish aligns
with the horizontal control array above. The output is
through large 6-inch 20W speakers mounted neatly within
the door trim. The lower section of the deck provides
useful storage space.
Power window: The power front windows on both the
near and offside of the K-series truck operate at the touch
of a button mounted on the door armrest, and the power
is still effective for up to 30 seconds after switching off
the ignition.
Glove box: The handy glove box is enlarged for increased
storage, capable of holding up to 11.13 litres. It has two
incorporated holders within the lid and shelf enabling
you to separate important documents and keep loose
items secure.
Door trim: Practicality is a priority in the K-series truck,
and the useful door-mounted trim features a sizeable map
and paperwork pocket, set off by the armrest that holds
the power window and central door lock buttons.
Centre seatback console: When folded forward, the
centre seatback turns into a multi-den with two cup
holders and coin storage. In addition, a double layer tray
can hold documents on a flip-back lid with a memo clip.

The K-series truck is...
CONCEPT The K-series truck breaks new ground in truck driving, combining
sturdy and powerful handling with the performance, ergonomics and prestige
which were hitherto the exclusive domain of the passenger car segments. Leading the way in light commercial trucks this vehicle offers practicality to the flatbed rear, safety in is robust construction and braking, refinement in its driving
characteristics and all-round practicality centred around the needs of a driving
day’s work.
DESIGN The clear and streamlined look illustrates the truck’s sedan-like feeling inside. The character line of the cabin expands to the deck, forming a
dynamic sense of volume with integrated front headlamps and aerodynamic
face. The sleek interior design of the cluster and fascia, and the sculpted
contours of the door trim offer resplendent comfort and attractiveness. Redesigned gears around the deck make the cargo bed as versatile and durable
as possible.
CONVENIENCE Buying a truck doesn’t mean you can’t be comfortable and enjoy
the latest features available for cars: soft touch power steering wheel, tilt steering
column and armrest power window switch. The compact and consolidated air control
system provides enhanced efficiency while increasing legroom, with practical storage in the door trim, fascia and front centre seatback.
