SKT Healthcare Pharmaceutical Company Limited is an indigenous 21st Century
Pharmaceuticals Private Liability Company with a well-structured Management team,
experienced and well nurtured professionals who in their different fields ranging from
Medicine, Pharmacy, Natural Science, Accounting, Business and other areas have brought
these experiences on board.
We are a fast growing Indigenous pharmaceutical company engaged in developing,
manufacturing and marketing a broad range of pharmaceutical products . Our core
strength lies in designing and developing differentiated pharmaceutical products in
which we commercialize through our marketing network across geographies
and relationships with international pharmaceutical companies.
The company was incorporated in the Nigeria Pharmaceutical industry in 2012 with clear
cut focus on Marketing and Distribution of Pharmaceutical Products, Research and

Approach to Corporate Governance:
SKT promotes the development of a system that
maintains soundness and transparency while
enabling rapid decision making.
With this standard, SKT strives to further enhance
corporate governance, prove worthy of trust of its
stakeholders, and continuously maximize its
corporate value.
Management Structure:
SKT Pharmaceuticals has adopted an executive officer
system under the Board of Directors to separate
management supervision from business execution. In
addition, SKT has adopted an Audit & supervisory
Board system independent of the Board of Directors
to audit the execution of the duties by the directors.
The Board of Directors composed of three (3)
members and one outside director who acts as a
consultant and convenes once a month as a rule to
decide and report on important management
matters.

The Management Committee, which is a consultative
body to assist the Directors in their decision making,
meets twice a month as a rule to deliberate on
management matters, guided by the basic policies
set by the Boardof Directors.

and useful pharmaceuticals to people worldwide as well as in Nigeria. We make every

standard; expand the pharmaceuticals business in Nigeria.
