Terms and conditions of booking Christmas 2015 and New Year residential packages, parties and events From the South on the M40,exit at Junction 6 and follow signs to Thame. Once you have reached the High Street our Hotel is loccated on the right hand-side of the road. From the North on the M40, exet Junction 8 and follow signs to Thame. Once you have reached the High Street our Hotel is located on the right hand-sade of the road. The Spread Eagle Hotel does have a car park located to the rear. This is chargeable at £3.00 for a 24hr period. To Book call 01844 213661 or email [email protected] HOW TO BOOK Please telephone the Hotel to check availability for your chosen date. Complete the booking form and return it to the Hotel with: (a) your deposit of one night per person for residential packages, or (b) a non-refundable deposit of £20 per person for parties or events. Please make cheques payable to the Spread Eagle Hotel. For all packages, parties and events, full prepayment of the balance is required no later than 14 days prior to your event. Pre-orders for food and wine are required at least 14 days prior to the event. 1 Bookings are considered provisional at the time of booking. A provisional booking is held for 14 days after this time, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. 2 A booking is not considered confirmed until a signed booking form is received by the Hotel and a £20.00 non-refundable deposit per person has been paid. 3 final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. Any reduction in numbers at this stage will result in the deposit being retained by the hotel. Final invoice will be based on final numbers or those attending on the day, whichever is higher. 4 Cancellation of a confirmed event must be made in writing 28 days prior to the start date of the event to avoid any cancellation charges (any deposits already paid are non-refundable). 5 Pre-orders may be required for your event, however it is imperative for this to run smoothly that all guests in your party are seated at their tables by the time shown on the attached form. The Hotel will take no responsibility for any issues arising from guests not being seated on time. 6 The hotel reserves the right to make changes to the menu should problems occur with supplies. 7 Should you experience problems during your event, please contact the manager on duty during the event. It is very difficult to address and rectify problems after this time. 8 For party nights to be a success a minimum number of attendees are required, should numbers fall short on a specific night the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event. At least 2 weeks notice will be given and a full refund or alternative night will be offered.
