Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check and money orders.
For international orders, we also accept wire transfers. International order bank charges are additional.
All payment will be denominated in US Dollars.
Shipping: All in-stock orders received by 3:30pm central time will be shipped the same day.
Orders shipped within the continental US are normally shipped by Ground UPS.
Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are normally shipped by Priority Mail (US Post Office). International
orders are shipped through the US Post Office or a Freight Forwarder. Shipping charges for international orders
will be calculated and charged separately.
If you need faster service, we do offer UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select or Express Mail
through the US Post Office.
Back Order: We try to keep stock on everything, but sometimes the manufacturers do fall behind. In the event
that we are out of stock on an item, we will ship it to you as soon as we receive it. If you cannot wait for the
item to arrive, please call us and we can offer you a substitute or you can cancel your back order.
Returns: If you find that you have an item that you purchased from Centaur Forge that you would like to
return or exchange, we are glad to take back unused products in their original containers within 30 days after
purchase. Please call us before retuning any products so that we can give you a Return Authorization Number.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return item.
Items that are returned or exchanged after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items that are returned or exchanged after 60 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be issued a
store credit only.

Special Orders: If there is an item that you would like to try from any of our regular vendors that we do
not carry, we can special order it for you. For all special orders, we do require prepayment when you place
the order. For items that we have to order by the box, such as special order horseshoes, these items must by

The Kerckhaert Standard offers a true crease and exact punching
in a compromise keg-style pattern and offers quality in a one
shape pattern. The placement of the nails in a V-shaped crease
allows you to nail with confidence, knowing the integrity of the
hoof will not be compromised. These shoes are punched for 5
City or 5 Slim nails.
The SX8 is a heavier version of the popular SX7. Punched for
City Head nails, it offers the same quality and precision while
providing additional longevity for those horses that require
more steel. These shoes have a strong clip from top to bottom.
Because the clip is not drawn from the web of the shoe, the
integrity of the nail holes and shoe strength is protected.

The KB Aluminum Egg Bar Wedge shoes are manufactured
from the same high-quality aluminum alloy used in all
KB shoes. They are machined to a precision 3-degree
graduation from heel to toe. Excellent where heel elevation is

A Real Solution
CleanTrax is a deep penetrating hoof cleanser proven effective in eliminating even the
toughest infections, in most cases with just a single application.
How to Use CleanTrax
Remove the shoes and, if appropriate, prepare the hoof for shoeing; rinse away excess dirt
and debris.
* Pour the entire contents of one bottle (20 g) of CleanTrax into one gallon of cool or
lukewarm water.
* Put all of the solution in a CleanTrax Hoof Boot, a reinforced plastic bag, or a tall
medicating boot.
* Insert the hoof into the CleanTrax solution and soak for 30 minutes; if the infection is
severe or recurring, increase soak time to 45-60 minutes.
NOTE: CleanTrax solution is effective for a total of 90 minutes, so 1-3 hooves can be
soaked consecutively by moving the solution to another hoof.
* After soaking, DO NOT RINSE OR DRY THE HOOF; cover the hoof with an
empty plastic bag, seal the top, and allow vapors to penetrate for 30-60 minutes.
* After use, the solution can be spread on the stall floor to eliminate bacteria, fungi, and
spores which could reinfect the hoof.
* Monitor hoof development for one shoeing interval (4-8 weeks) and, if necessary, repeat
the treatment.
* CleanTrax can be used as a preventative by soaking each hoof for 20 minutes (1 bottle

Grand Circuit White Lightning
White Lightning® is the active Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) solution to thrush, skin fungus
and white line disease. Chlorine Dioxide has been demonstrated to be bactericidal,
fungicidal, virucidal and sporicidal while remaining harmless to healthy tissue.
White Lightning® is safe to use, and unlike hypochlorite, does not produce toxic
byproducts. Not only is ClO2 safe, but it is up to seven times more effective than chlorine
bleach.
Chlorine Dioxide is an unstable gas…meaning it cannot be stored in a container, but rather
must be generated when needed. This is accomplished by adding equal amounts of White
Lightning® to a mild acid such as white vinegar. A chemical reaction then occurs generating
