gated community just a 5 minute drive from the superb white sandy beaches of Fort Myers and the unspoilt islands of Sanibel & Captiva. The Everglades National
Park is also within easy reach. Our luxurious home is ideally placed, just a couple of minutes drive from a choice of supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, post office
and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. For retail therapy, there are shopping malls and a factory outlet just a short drive from Beachwalk isles. With
theatres, a sports stadium and cinemas in Fort Myers, there are pursuits for all including numerous golf courses, various water sports, boat hire, fishing, sunset
cruises and dophin watching, and the Florida favourite - shell collecting.

"Hi guys,
Myself, and my husband have travelled to America for the last five years staying in villa's all over Kissimmee, so we decided to have a change this year, we invited
my mother to joint us and decided to head for the coast. We decided upon Forte Myers and chose Brian & Cienwens villa as it was advertised as having a south
faceing pool,(for all day sun) plus it looked really nice and was described as being very central to everything you would need, Supermarkets, Restaurants and the
beach etc. On arrival at Beachwalk Isles, which is a gated comunity,and beautifully kept, the villa was a welcome sight and did not dissapoint, set on a lake the
view was simply breathtaking and the peace and serenity that came with it was hugely welcomed, the villa itself was all you could want very clean, spacious and
well kept, all in all this was the best kept villa and the best situated we have booked to date, as everything is as it says on the tin! shops, restaurants,
takeaways,the post office everything you need IS REALLY within walking distance. Forte Myers Beach is five minutes down the road by car literally, and of course
you can take the boat that sails every day from Forte Myers Beach to the Keys if you did'nt want to drive, but best of all is Sanibel and Captiva Islands, they are
simply to die for, you have got your own mini Keys on your doorstep (ten minutes drive max) you pay six dollars to enter Sanibel and Captiva but let me tell you it
will be the best six dollars you will ever spend, some of the property on these islands are in excess of fourteen million dollars to buy and five thousand dollars a
week to lease, so house watching is breathtaking and dreaming even better!!! and you are situated near to loads of beautiful places to visit that would keep
anyone out of mischief for the entire holiday, but to sit back and relax at the end of a brilliant days sight seeing in this beautiful villa with a beer in hand and
watching the beautiful pink,orange and pale grey sunsets, the Herons, Turtles and the puddle duck family to mention but a few going about their business is
without a doubt the best holiday you could wish for.
So for anyone who is thinking about it dont, just DO IT Brian & Ceinwen we found, are very approachable and will answer any questions you may have, we would
certainly recomend this villa hand on heart to anyone."

About Heron's Nest
Our lovely lakeside home is furnished to a high standard and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Its vaulted ceilings give it a light airy feel,
with ceiling fans in addition to full air conditioning. In addition to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is an open-plan living room which provides for
formal dining and has a comfortable sitting area leading to the pool deck with views of the lake beyond. The living room is equipped with stereo system, DVD/VCR
and flat screen TV(cable). The good size kitchen has a smooth top range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and large 2-door fridge freezer with ice
and water dispensers. There is a separate laundry room with large washing machine and tumble drier, and space for airing clothes. The sunny south-facing pool
deck has a shady lanai and is perfect for spotting osprey and anhingas, amongst other visitors to the lake. There are 4 sunloungers, a small "cane" table and
matching chairs, and a dining table seating 6 for alfresco meals The villa will be prepared prior to your arrival by our local agents, who are also on hand
throughout your stay to deal with any queries or emergencies.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with luxury 'pillow-top' mattress, walk-in closet, and flat screen cable TV.
There is a personal door to pool deck for those early morning swims. En suite bathroom with twin basins, w.c. and bath
with shower over.

Kitchen/breakfast nook

Open-plan living room which provides for formal dining and has a comfortable sitting area leading to the pool deck with

Family bathroom with bath/shower, Corian vanity unit/basin and wc. En-suite bathroom: Corian vanity area with twin
