The Neighborhood Corbin Hill Estates is a small secluded neighborhood consisting of 20 lots ranging in size from approximately 1.5 acres to just over 2 acres. The Builder Brian Lynn, the owner of North Idaho Builders, is an accomplished builder with vast experience in building homes. Prior to building in North Idaho he built large numbers of homes in communities in California, Arizona and other locations. At times he was overseeing the construction of over 300 homes at a time. This was a great learning experience and allowed Brian to perfect his building and scheduling skills, but he wanted something different. Brian, being a husband and father of 4 children, wanted to provide a more custom experience for the buyers of his homes. He has designed Craftsman Style home plans that compliment the natural surrounding of the neighborhood. He is flexible and willing to sit down with potential buyers and modify an existing plan or draw a new plan from scratch. Brian is building his own home for his family within the community which is a testament to his love for and belief in the neighborhood.
