Relevant notes about the use of our facility.
The Euro-Spa is a non-smoking building.
In the main building, spa customers with accommodation
will find bathrobes, hair dryer, iron, television, telephone
and water bottles in the room.
Taxes and tips for the dining room are not included in any
of the package prices. If you would like to leave a tip for
your treatments, this may be done at your discretion.
Rooms are accessible from 10AM the day of arrival
unless otherwise indicated by the reception. Check-out
from the room is at 9:30 AM the day of departure unless
alternate arrangements are made with the reception. For
overnight packages ending at 6PM, lockers for baggage
storage and changing rooms are available.
A courtesy pick-up service from airports, train or bus
stations is offered for customers staying two days and two
nights or more.
Jewelry and other valuables should be left at home for
safekeeping.
For proper use of the Spa facilities, please bring a bathing
suit, plastic or rubber sandals, a bathrobe and two towels.
Bathrobe and towels may be rented for $5.
People suffering from a contagious infection such as
influenza, vaginitis or athlete's foot or women less than
four months pregnant are prohibited from using the spa
facilities.
All reservations must be held with a credit card. Prices
are subject to change without notice.
A cancellation fee of 25% is applicable to all packages
and treatments cancelled within 48 hours of a reservation.
There is no refund for this fee.
No refund is available for early departure or unused
treatments or meals.
In the event of a delay on behalf of a customer, Euro-Spa
cannot guarantee an extension or a change in the hour of
a treatment. Therefore, delayed treatments may be
reduced in duration or may be altogether cancelled
depending on the customer's actual arrival time.

1 hour massage

Swedish: Composed of several operations applied to the
muscular mass and the tendons, it dissolves the muscular
tensions and relieves the pains, improves blood
circulation, it makes the muscles more flexible and
supports the relaxation.

Reiki: Reiki is use to restore a more balanced energy flow
throughout the body. It provides deep relaxation and
enhances personal growth by tapping into the universal
energy flow and offering the body what is appropriate.

Californian: Often called a relaxing massage, this type of
oil massage is based on fluid, continuous and enveloping
strokes. In addition to stroking and kneading, there are
gliding movements, which, if needed, can provide deep
tissue massage to relieve tension. Perfect for stressed
people, it enhances body awareness and allows them to
reach a state of openness and relaxation.

Reflexology: Reflexology is a reflex massage technique
done primarily on the feet, but also on the head and
hands. This approach is based on the principle that each
organ is projected on another specific part of the body's
extremities, following a different network from that of the
meridians. Using sustained pressure of the thumbs on the
feet, followed by slow rotations on sensitive areas, blood
and Iymph circulation for the corresponding organ
increases, which promotes its regeneration. Preventative
and therapeutic, this massage produces analgesic and
relaxing effects.

Shiatsu: Practiced with clothes on or directly on the skin
without oil, this type of massage aims to harmonize your
energy system. Using pressure f om the thumb, fingers,
palms and elbows and sometimes even the feet, the
massage therapist works on the meridians and
acupuncture points under your skin or in your muscles.
Particularly interesting for those who work their bodies
hard, this approach also is perfect for people who lack
energy or who experience high stress levels.

Guidelines and rules to follow
In order to guarantee your reservation for the hall you will be required to pay a $1000.00 non-refundable
deposit in advance.
If you decide to have your wedding ceremony outside, there will be a fee of: $300.00 for the gazebo and
$350.00 by the pond.
Should you reserve 2 halls: The Fontenel North and South, then end up taking one hall, you will be
obligated to pay a $1000.00 fine for the unused location.
We do not allow confetti or glitter for decoration purposes. An additional fee of $50.00 will be added to your
invoice, if this rule is not respected.
The music volume must be kept at a reasonable level (100db). The duration of the music will be confirmed.
For cake and coffee served in the evening, 2.50$ plus tax and service per person will be charged
It is forbidden to hang anything up on the walls.
If you need the air conditioner to be left on while decorating the hall, a supplementary cost will be charged
to you.
If you have made reservations for a certain number of people, you will be charged accordingly. If you have
additional guests, we will add the extra amount to your bill.
Children’s meals from: 0 to 4 years are free and 5 to 10 years ½ price.
For the buffet it’s a minimum of 25 people required.
(To follow a law in this province) * It is forbidden, ( The tolerance is Zero) If you or one of your guest is
drinking alcohol not provided by our establishment (with a certified sticker) in the hall or any place on the
property including the parking lot, you or this person will be asked to leave the party.
