soggiorni di minimo 7 notti), animazione per i più grandi e per i più piccoli (da giugno a settembre), uso parco giochi e campo da beach volley, IVA 10%.
I PREZZI NON INCLUDONO
deposito cauzionale € 100, biancheria da letto (€ 5 a cambio) e da bagno (€ 5 per persona), pulizie finali "non obbligatorie" € 40, diritto di opzione bungalow € 50. Un supplemento obbligatorio di € 30 verrà richiesto per soggiorni inferiori a 4 notti. I prezzi non includono spese di prenotazione (€ 30), tasse
di soggiorno ed eventuali aumenti IVA.
I bungalow vanno riconsegnati puliti e ordinati. In caso contrario verrà trattenuto il deposito cauzionale. Arrivo dopo le ore 17:00; partenza entro le ore
10:00. Il saldo per l'intero soggiorno è da versare all'arrivo.

4 people, 1 beach umbrella and 1 deck chair at the beach (from June to September), water, electricity and gas, cookware, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, final
cleaning (for stays of minimum 7 nights), entertainment programme (from June until September), use of playground and beach volley pitch, VAT 10%.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
€ 100 deposit, bed linen (€ 5 per change), and bath towels (€ 5 per person), final cleaning “not compulsory” € 40, right of bungalow option € 50.
An extra charge of € 30 is required for less than 4 nights stays. The prices do not include booking fees (€ 30), tourist tax and potential VAT alterations.
Accommodation must be left clean and tidy. The deposit will otherwise be forfeit. Guests should check in after 5:00 p.m. and depart by 10:00 a.m.
Full amount of the stay must be settled upon arrival.
Pets allowed in Appartamento Panorama and Villetta Panorama.
