The overall design of the new
Wanzl shopping trolley for
wheelchair users has been
developed in the course of a
one-year cooperation with
various groups of wheelchair
users in Bad Oeynhausen and
the special rehabilitation
clinic in Ichenhausen.
The overall concept – and
particularly the universal
coupling mechanism – was
very positively received by all
the wheelchair users involved
in the project. Experts are
convinced that it will make a
decisive contribution towards
easing the burden of
everyday life for people in
wheelchairs.

Shopping without restrictions
Regardless of whether the wheelchair
user is alone or accompanied, our easymoving special shopping trolleys are the
ideal answer, for they fit all electric and
other conventional wheelchairs. When
coupled to the wheelchair, they follow
every movement of the wheelchair in
complete synchronism. And they can
easily be unhooked so that the shopper
can reach up to the shelves.
