Outdoor Collection
Walt Disney is one of the biggest names in the entertainment
industry. His films and theme parks have taken audiences into
magical fantasy worlds. Walt Disney was not your typical producer.
He preferred not to participate in the whirl of the Hollywood lifestyle
but instead took great pleasure in inviting members
of the animation staff and their families to his home on
weekends for pool parties in his backyard.
A typical afternoon might have begun with lunch roasting
over the barbeque flames. Tall trees covered with lush green
foliage offered a shady sanctuary from the heat of the summer sun.
There was a spirited atmosphere among the guests as they watched
the animated poolside antics. A red rowboat skimmed across the
water’s surface laden with a cluster of laughing children.

VENEMAN COLLECTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Veneman Collections requires adherence with the following terms and conditions:
PRICES: All prices are FOB Factory Origin. (FOB means the title to the merchandise passes to the customer or consignee when the transportation company signs
the Bill of Lading)..
CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to procure materials and begin production. Production time varies per project.
Custom/special ordered items are non-refundable.
CANCELED ORDERED: All canceled orders after five days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All canceled orders must be in writing and sent to our
Corporate Office-Customer Service Department. Delivery dates on custom orders are estimated only and may change because of the fabric shortages,
production delays, port delays, acts of nature and availability of merchandise.
INTEREST: Interest is at the rate of 18% per annum will be charged after maturity date.
CLAIMS: Claims for shortages must be made within five days after receipt of good. Our responsibility for shipment ceases after delivery of goods to the
transportation company. In order to process claims, all boxes and packing materials must be available for inspection.
RETURNS: All returns must be pre-authorized by our Corporate Office. Written Returns Authorization number (RMA) is required on all good returned.
No credit will be allowed for goods returned. Returns that are not defective will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the purchaser assumes all freight charges.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED without a Written Return Authorization number (RMA).
AVAILABILITY: It is Veneman Collections’s policy to continuously improve designs, materials, prices, styles and colors may be made without notice.
ROUTING & FREIGHT
CARRIER SELECTION: We will use your specified carrier. If none is specified, we will ship via best available mode and routing. No refund will be issued if a less
expensive method is found after shipment.
SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: We will follow special shipping instructions to the best of our ability, however, we assume no liability for shipping
“best method” when we are unable to use the routing specified.
WILL CALL: Must provide phone number for shipment notification. Upon notification, shipments must be picked up from Veneman Collections within 72 hours.
Veneman Collections will ship your boxed order after 72 hours from notification via freight collect.
LOSS OR DAMAGE: The risk of loss for the goods passes to the Buyer at the time the goods are delivered to the carrier. Merchandise is carefully packed and
thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Responsibility for its safe delivery was assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment.
Customer must file a freight claim for loss or damage sustained in transit upon the carrier as follows:
a) Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be
damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking, make
a written request for inspection by the Carrier’s agent within 15 days of the delivery date. Then file a claim with the Carrier since such damage is the
Carrier’s responsibility.
b) External evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt, and signed by the Carrier’s agent. Failure to adequately describe such
external evidence of loss or damage may result in the Carrier’s refusing to honor a damage claim. The form required to file such a claim will be
supplied by the Carrier.
CAST ALUMINUM WARRANTY

Veneman Collections will warranty all Cast Aluminum frames for five years from date of purchase to original owner with proof of purchase. Should any
structural part break or fail under normal use or peels, cracks or blisters within the five years, Veneman Collections will repair, refinish or replace the frame at
factory discretion(with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included during the first 12 months. Veneman Collections will cover
the cost of round-trip warranty ground freight during the first 12 months in the Continental U.S. Customer is responsible for the cost of warranty ground freight
after the 12 month period. Veneman collections offers the following warranty on frame finishes: five years on all powder-coated finishes, and one year on liquid or
antiqued finishes. Note: Mocha Bella and Carerra finishes are not recommended for pool-side use as chlorine may cause discoloration of clear coat finish.
SEASIDE USE: Due to demands of salt air, Veneman Collections recommends weekly or biweekly periodic cleaning of buildup and potential oxidation. Veneman
also recommends quarterly waxing of your Veneman cast aluminum frames to assist in products’ maximum longevity. Failure or neglect to make needed cleanings
may cause paint to blister, and such failure will void Warranty. Proof of purchase is required. Pictures or inspection may be required to support warranty claim.
WOVEN WARRANTY
Veneman Collections will warranty all Woven product frames for 2 years from the date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase. Should any structural part break or fail under normal use, Veneman Collections will repair or replace the frame at factory discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at
no charge. Parts and labor are included during the first 6 months. Veneman Collections will cover the cost of round-trip warranty ground freight during the first 12
months in the Continental U.S. Customer is responsible for the warranty ground freight after the 12 month period.
FOAM & FABRIC
We warranty our foam & filler, fabric on our cushions, umbrellas and slings for one year against tearing, discoloration or fading except on C.O.M. fabric.
C.O.M. (Customer’s own fabric) – Subject to factory approval. Customer must assume fabric liability. Veneman or its suppliers may discontinue any component part
such as fabric, paint etc at any time.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
• Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use
• Hardware including Teak Slats
• Umbrella bases after 1 year
• Normal fading of woven materials
• Return Freight after 1 year
• Glides
• Acts of Nature
• Attached Custom Canopies and Canopy on Opal Lounge
• Crank umbrellas are not covered for commercial use
• Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance
• Mocha Bella and Carerra fading of clear coat and paint finishes
• Normal fading of fabrics or upholstery materials
• Wind damage on umbrellas and canopies
• Changes in wood color due to the natural aging of the wood or staining
• Glass and Acrylic Table tops
• Tissage Leg frame finish after 1 year
• Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperatures
• Custom product- factory discretion

ORDERING INFORMATION
MODEL NUMBER: Please be certain you are using the exact model number as shown in the catalog and price list.
FRAME COLORS: Please refer to the Veneman Collection catalog for available color selection. Antiquing is available at 5% up charge. Marbleized colors are
available at a 20% up charge. Custom colors are available at an up charge per color per order with a minimum 50 piece purchase. Customer must provide a
3-inch color sample. Factory decision on color match is final.
TABLE TOPS: Glass tops are priced with 3/8" thick pencil edge. A 1/2" glass top with 1" bevel can be offered on 42" and 48" diameters at a 15% up charge to the
standard table cost. Please contact your Sales Representative, Showroom or Customer Service department for prices on the following top options:
tempered lay-on clear glass, acrylite or glass with captured rim, riverstone, omega, and mosaic.
TABLE BASES ONLY AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. Please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Service department for base only prices.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS: A custom product is defined as any product that is not in our current catalog or price list. All custom requests must be quoted by your
Veneman Collections Sales Representative prior to placing your order.
FABRICS
WELTING: Contrast fabric welting is available at no additional charge. Rope twist welting is available at an additional charge.
Please see price list for details. Contrast welting selection and color must clearly be identified on your purchase order.
UPHOLSTERY: Cushion construction is of the highest quality fabric foam and filler. Please specify if product is for “INDOOR” or “OUTDOOR” use.
Without this information, all products will be shipped with indoor foam and filler. Customer will assume liability for outdoor use unless this information
is clearly marked on your purchase order. Please see catalog and swatchbook for details.
COM FABRICS: Customer’s own fabric (COM) orders do not affect basic list pricing. COM is subject to factory approval. Customer must assume fabric liability.
Fabric shipment must be clearly marked with the customer’s name, order number and any special upholsterer’s instructions.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
REGULAR MAINTENANCE: Wash the furniture with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water, and dry thoroughly. For all metal/cast
aluminum frames, apply a fine, clear automobile wax for maximum protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air.
For best protection, perform this maintenance two or three times per year in low pollution areas or more frequently in high pollution areas.
Please note that these durable materials can be safely cleaned as often as desired.
HOW TO CLEAN STAINLESS STEEL CHAISE MECHANISM: Stainless steel is virtually maintenance free under normal use and conditions. Wash with a mild
detergent, and then dry with a soft towel. A commercial stainless steel cleaner may also be used. This should be a mild, ammonia-based cleaner with a
non-abrasive pad or cloth. Do not use chorine based products on stainless steel. We recommend spraying periodically with WD40. Be careful to keep
any cleaner from contact with the cushion or sling, as it may cause discoloration.
HOW TO CLEAN WOVEN FURNISHINGS: Woven furnishings are made of Durawera®, a superior weatherproof extruded polyethylene resin. Light stains and
soils may be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be removed
with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant. Woven furnishings may not be suitable for intensely hot and dry climates.
HOW TO CLEAN TEAK FURNISHINGS: Left alone to age, the natural color of teak furnishing will weather to a soft silver grey. This process will take
approximately six months, depending on the degree of sunlight and rain exposure. Imperfections, which are inherent properties of the wood, will show
over time, enhancing the beauty of the furniture. In humid or wet climates, or after rains, the wood may naturally expand and contract, causing the grain to rise.
This is to be expected with exposure to the elements and will stabilize after the initial occurs.
To maintain wood furnishing, use a soft bristled utility brush and stroke lightly in the direction of the grain to remove surface dust. For more stubborn dirt, the
wood may be washed periodically with a mild solution of four parts laundry detergent or dishwashing soap to one part bleach in water, then rinsed thoroughly
and allowed to dry completely. Commercial teak cleaner may be used to maintain or restore the natural color and luster of teak wood, regardless of how long
the piece has been outside. Oiling outdoor teak may cause mildew or irregular coloring. We do not recommend oiling teak.
HOW TO CLEAN FABRIC: Fine outdoor fabrics are designed to endure years of sun, soil and moisture. Wash outdoor cushions with a solution of mild
detergent and water and thoroughly rinse with clear water. Stand cushions on end and allow to air dry completely. Light stains can be removed with a
quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant.
NOTE: Do not dry clean or use a washing machine or dryer. Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100 F when washing.
Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to resin and outdoor fabrics.
