Our extensive ’off the shelf’ service with more than £1 million worth of products for your
immediate call-off is surely one of the largest stock supported ranges available anywhere.

Made To Order*
Our comprehensive stock range will in most cases provide you with the ideal uniform. However,
if you wish to use an alternative colour combination then our made to order service offers
unbeatable flexibility. The made to order symbol denotes that that catalogue style can be
manufactured in a wide range of colour and fabric options. See colour chart for further details.
Merchandising
Why not join the ever growing list of organisations reaping the benefits of our fully managed
merchandising service?
Select your garments from any of our ranges, including our ever popular Professional
Leisurewear, and we will embroider them with your logo and any other emblems required. These
stocks can then be maintained at our premises on your behalf and dispatched directly to your
customers/members.
We’ll take the hassle out of merchandising, and allow you to get on with your day job!

This service is for our contract customers who order in large volumes. It is designed to offer
chosen styles made-up in selected off-shore factories at very competitive prices. (Minimum
quantities may apply).

Staff ID
Using our state-of-the-art embroidery service, we have created a unique way of identifying your
staff as they work, allowing them to be clearly identified from a distance by their patients.

Warranty
We believe that you cannot buy a better made healthcare uniform anywhere. We therefore
promise that if any aspect of your uniform is defective within the warranty period, we will repair it
free of charge (Terms and Conditions apply).
Range Presentations and Sampling*
To help you choose the right uniform, we can either send samples to you of anything from our
range, or arrange a personal visit to show you and your staff in person.
Embroidery/Printing and Badges
This must surely be the most flexible embroidery service available from any clothing manufacturer.
State of the art techniques enable us to copy virtually any design or logo directly onto your
chosen uniforms. We are also able to offer the following services, Monogramming/Lettering, Heat
Seal Badges, Silk Woven Badges and Pin-on Badges.
Measuring, Fitting and Distribution Service*
If you have a number of staff requiring uniforms, why not consider our measuring and fitting range
service, allowing us to take the hassle out of your new uniform. We can even individually pack
your uniforms by staff name for ease of distribution.
Laundry Care
Taking care of any item of clothing will help retain its appearance and also lengthen the garments
life, See page 118 for more details or contact our experienced team for help and advice on
laundering your uniform.
Product Sourcing: Stop Searching
If we don’t sell it, we can either make it or use our contacts to source it for you. Leave it to the
experts; we’ve been doing this for years and years!

This is our Premier service, renowned
throughout the uniform trade, and is
probably the most flexible and cost
effective way of clothing yourself or your
staff in a unique identity.
Whilst we now carry our largest stock range of Healthcare uniforms
ever, we accept that sometimes you just want something different.
This is where Grahame Gardner Ltd comes into its own. Any garment
can be made especially
displaying the Made To Order Icon
for you in your chosen size, colour and fabric (see Colour and Fabric
Selector on pages 116/117) with NO MINIMUM ORDER.
MADE TO
ORDER ITEM
When we make your Made to Order uniform, we really are making it ‘just
for you’. Our pattern cutters will develop a pattern to suit your order, our
cutters will find the roll of fabric and your chosen colour, and cut your
individual order, and our machinists will craft your chosen product with
you in mind. Nothing could be more unique.
· We can manufacture your chosen style in one of the largest size
ranges in the industry.
· Any fabric type available from our vast collection can be considered.
· Any available colourway can be selected for your own order.
Designer Workwear
If you still can’t find a style that suits your exacting needs, we can go
one step further, and design you a totally new and exclusive product.
Whilst this service can only be offered for orders of 50 units or more,
we are sure you will agree that it represents the ultimate in Designer
Workwear.
If we can’t do it, it can’t be done!

How to Measure
The fit of your clothes depends on the cut, fabric and styling of the garment.
Garments may vary in size dependent on the amount of ease allowed over the
body, which will vary according to fabric. When providing measurements please
give actual body measurements. We add room for movement during manufacture.

· Ironing your garments whilst
they are slightly damp will make
crease removal much easier.
· The use of fabric softeners and
conditioners may be detrimental
to the long term performance of
some fabrics, as their softening
effect can lead to faster fabric

placing your order online you will receive an email confirmation. Please retain this
confirmation for your records and any future correspondence with ourselves.
Delivery
Stock garments take approximately 3 to 4 days to deliver (subject to availability).
Garments with Monogramming and Made to Order garments may vary due to
seasonal demand and will therefore be advised when you order.
Returns
We will gladly exchange or refund any unworn Stock item for a full refund up to 14
days after delivery, so long as they are fit to be returned to stock. Made to Order,
Embroidered and Monogrammed garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty or
incorrectly supplied by ourselves. Please note that when returning your garments
you are responsible for your garments until they are safely received at our premises.
We recommend using a registered postal service. Please complete the returns form
on the back of your despatch advice that was enclosed in your parcel.
