As a music lover, my quest to acquire best audio
system had driven me across the country’s best demo
rooms. Since it was to be a personal and conscious
buying, I might not have left any portal, blog, review to
understand various music systems. Lastly I zeroed
down on Onkyo with enough reasons to convince
myself that yes it is the best system in each category. I
proudly brought 609+Elac+++.
As customary, next to follow was a celebration, with
few friends. They all came, heard, enjoyed,
appreciated. Most of them, subsequently asked me to
procure it for them. I realized that there was a good
space for real-music. I surveyed and found that most of
the audiophiles have to travel distances to buy good
system.
I wondered if Onkyo could associate with us to place
their wonderful product and services in Bihar.
Fortunately, they found an ardent music lover in us to
represent them in Bihar.
We started marketing Onlyo a year back. We are
delighted that this brand is so widely known and
accepted that most of the customers come with predetermined mind. They have rated Onkyo as “True
VFM product”.
Onkyo is also human company. They value relationship
and are very customer centric. On various occasion
we have seen responses that is exemplary. We
remember a customer wanted a high end system with
Elac speakers on fourth day, as they were having an
important function. Sheer impossible situation, but it
was delivered. One can imagine the honor felt by
customer and us. We wish Onkyo an everlasting –

After ample research I purchased an Onkyo
(TXNR609 ) Home theatre AV Receiver with
Energy connoisseur CF30 speaker package . Films
are a massive interest of mine, an obsession even,
second only to music. This home theatre system
has been a gift and a curse; on the one hand it is
great having a cinema-esque experience in the
comfort of my own home. But, a standard
television experience just doesn't cut it anymore, and occasionally,
neither does an actual theater. The sound through the energy
speakers is exemplary and the Onkyo receiver provides me with
ample inputs for my many devices such as PS3, DVD player, Blu-ray
player, Record ( LP) player, Computer, Ipod and standard cable TV. I
have been using it everyday for the past few months and I am yet to
find a single flaw, except that my room has not been treated (i.e.
sound proofed) to fully experience the potential of the Home theatre

I purchased the Onkyo TX-NR609 receiver after
two months of research on the internet and in local
stores. Initially I was looking at combination of
Energy Speakers (Canadian make) and Onkyo
receiver but settled for Elac speakers (German)
after demoing these two for more than an hour at
Onkyo store. My first purchase of a 5.1 was a
HTIB and felt like my hands were tied up. I'm an
Audioholic and needed something more. Onkyo
A/V receiver with Elac speakers are like perfect combination for both
Music and Movies and they serve the right dish. The sound quality is
excellent right out of the box, and even better after the Audessey 2EQ
calibration. Just plug-in the setup mic and roll. The calibration was
quick and painless and makes the system sound excellent. The
video up scaling is excellent and you can clearly enjoy the rich picture
quality. The first movie I watched was Avatar and believe me, you'll
enjoy visuals more than ever.
Overall I would highly recommend Onkyo 609 receiver with either
Energy or Elac speakers. Worth the money spent!!
