Kashkaval, White, Gouda, Mozzarella, Halloumi,
Processed (Block type or Spereadable type), Tounge
& Braid Cheese, Yoghurt, Ayran, Smetana, Kefir,
Fruity Yoghurt, Butter, Cream Production Lines and
Equipments etc. Also, KROMEL has expanded it’s
product launch; Wine, Beer, Fruit Juice, Milky Sugar
Confectionary, chocolate, Jelly, Honey, Jam, Halva,
Grape Molasses production lines.
Additionally, Milk Collecting Tanks with milk
Measurement Systems is added to KROMEL’s
product portfolio which has been producing by
Turkish & German technology in 2004.

Full Automation White Cheese Production System
,Continue Steam Cooker & Stretcher Units which will use
for processed cheese, traditional and semi-hard cheese
production lines and also the new technology on
Çeçil(Civil) & Tongue Cheese automatic production
system.
Resulting with KROMEL & European Company on White
Cheese production automation in 2007,The new system
to prevent of manual working on white cheese
production and to supply mass production for a
growing white cheese consumption. In relation with this
spect, Turkish invertors will get time, energy and labour
saving and it’s advance technology facilities.
In the other KROMEL latest technology is;
Traditional Çeçil(Civil) Cheese and Tongue,
(Orgu)Cheese automatic production machines.
It also prevent manual working and supply
hygienic product’s production. Automatic Çeçil

KROMEL Project Engineering Programme!
As KROMEL, one of our main objectives is to increase
the knowledge, efficiency, and motivation of our
managers and personnel by means of trainings and
technical educations. For this purpose, internal and
external training programs are given our teams.
In our organizational structure, mechanical engineers,
industry engineers, electric engineers, food engineers,
sales experts, foreign trade experts, technical and
financial advisers, technicians and qualified workers are
present.
Requirement, planning, efficiency, and recording of
trainings are special attention paid. For 50 person,
there is a training hall has all substructure
requirements. Special organization such as; TSI,
KALDER, National Productivity Centre, TUV,
SUDWEST and Değişim Danışmanlık ext. and experts
of the sub-suppliers give the trainings.
