REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS Extreme Dream Ministries uses a online registration system that makes the process
of registering for YC Alberta 2015 as seamless as possible for you and your group.
Here are some instructions, guidelines, and tips to make it as easy as possible. Accepted Use Policy: Extreme Dream Ministries Society has developed this registration system to ensure a fair, easy
approach to registering for our events. Individuals and/or groups who intentionally and/or knowingly
register in contravention to our published registration policies or who attempt to circumvent
registration procedures may have their registration cancelled at our discretion. We reserve the
complete right to modify, change, or cancel registrations at anytime. Due to production needs and
venue requirements we also reserve the right to move seats, release additional seats, and change
the configuration of seating at anytime leading up to the event or onsite. Notification of changes will
be sent to the contact email you provide in the Registration System. YC.EXTREMEDREAM.CA

STEP BY STEP REGISTRATION OPENS

PRIOR TO REGISTRATION!
• Confirm the total number of people you are responsible for registering at YC Alberta
• Confirm that you have enough credit available on a VISA or MasterCard. You may want to call the card issuer at
the number on the back of the credit card to confirm. Ask them if they will process an online credit card charge from
“ExtremeDreamMinistries” for the total amount of your registration (# of people x $150 Earlybird Registration
rate). If you need to make a payment, do it now and confirm that it is processed and the credit is available on your
card before registration day.
• Log on to the Extreme Dream Ministries registration system in advance to create your personal ePASS Account.
ePASS is an account system exclusive to Extreme Dream Ministries that allows you to login, pre complete your
shipping information,access receipts and volunteer.
• Set up your account at https://epass.extremedream.ca. If you already have an ePASS account sign on and make
sure that all your billing and shipping information is correct and that your contact information has not changed.
• See the FAQ section for more information on the requirements of your computer and internet connection. BEFORE 10:00 AM!
• The registration link for YC Alberta 2015 will be posted on the YC website (yc.extremedream.ca)
under REGISTER before registration opens. Clicking on REGISTER NOW will take you to a waiting
page. This page is a ‘holding’ page, not a line-up. Once Registration opens at 10 a.m. you will
automatically be put in line.
• Make sure you have your credit card with you.
• Login (or create an account if you do not already have an ePASS account).
• To ensure you are on the YC Alberta portion of the website please see the drop down menu located
at the top right corner of the website.
• Click the REGISTER NOW link.
• If you do not see the REGISTER NOW link, reload the page.
• If you have not already entered and saved your shipping and billing address in your ePASS account,
have that information with you.
• Wait for the event to open on the waiting page.
AFTER 10:00 AM!
• If you are on the waiting page when registrations opens, click the ENTER NOW link.
• If you are not on the waiting page, click the REGISTER NOW link on the YC website. YC.EXTREMEDREAM.CA

The registration process is timed. The timer will begin in the SELECT
SEATS step and will be reset upon reaching the CONFIRM SHIPPING information step and PAYMENT step.
LINE UP
• In order to vie you the best possible registration experience, we may need to limit the number of people trying to select
seats concurrently.
• You will need to stay on the LINE UP page in order to keep your place in line.
• You will automatically be taken to the SELECT SEATS step once there is room in the store.
SELECT SEATS
• In the top left you will see the event you are registering for.
• Select a section with available seats by clicking on that section on the map of Rexall Place.
• Sections WITH available seats are green.
• Sections WITHOUT any available seats are dark grey.
• Sections NOT FOR SALE are black.
• After selecting a section, a seating map for that section will appear
• Click on any available seat to add it to your cart.
• Available seats are white, seats in your cart are yellow, unavailable seats are dark grey.
• To remove a seat from your cart click the seat.
• A whole row can be added by clicking on the row number.
• Seats can be purchased in multiple sections by using the CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SECTION link.
• Once you are done selecting seats use the CHECKOUT button to continue.

Check your order carefully, once your order is confirmed you will not be able to make changes to it.
If you need to change your order use the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.
If your order is correct use the CHECKOUT button.
Once you have hit CHECKOUT, your order is complete and cannot be changed. NO REFUNDS will be issued for
incorrect orders placed.
CONFIRM SHIPPING INFORMATION
• Confirm your shipping information (or enter it if you have not already saved the information in your ePASS account).
• Use the CONTINUE button to proceed to payment.
PAYMENT
• Enter your credit card number and three digit security code found on the back of your card.
• The Extreme Dream Ministries Society does not store credit card information from online orders, it is sent securely to
our payment processor.
• The billing address is used by our payment processor for fraud prevention and should be the mailing address on file
with your credit card provider.
• If your credit card is declined, a message will appear and you will be able to correct your information and try again.
• To complete your purchase use the COMPLETE ORDER button.
• Do not attempt to navigate away from this page while the processing message is displayed.
• YC has a NO REFUND policy.
RECEIPT
• Print a copy of the receipt for your records.

Q. How many registrations can I buy in one order?
A. You may purchase up to 200 registrations in multiple sections in one order.
Q. When is the best time to register?
A. We recommend you register as soon as possible on opening day. Every year we see thousands of
registrations sold, not only on the first day, but during the first hours of registration! Don’t delay in
registering your group for this life-changing weekend.
Q. When will I receive my registrations in the mail?
A. In 4-6 weeks you will receive your registration package in the mail.
PAYMENT
Q. What types of credit cards are accepted?
A. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.
Q. As I was registering my credit card declined, what do I do?
A. The first thing to do is to confirm the credit card number, security code, and expiry date are correct.
The billing address entered in our system must be the same address as your credit card. If you are still
having problems, please call the number on the back of your credit card to inquire with your credit card
company and resolve the issue. Registration will only be completed upon receipt of payment.
TECHNICAL
Q. What web browser should I use?
A. The registration system has been designed and tested to work with current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari,
and Internet Explorer. The following browsers have been tested and found to give an acceptable user experience:
• Chrome (Mac and PC)
• Internet Explorer (PC only)
• Safari (Mac only - non-mobile)
• Firefox (Mac and PC)
Q. What web browser do you recommend?
A. Google Chrome.
Q. Will older versions of Internet Explorer work?
A. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 function sufficiently to purchase seats; however, the seating map will respond slower and
will not be as accurate. These browsers are not recommended as it is a degraded experience.
Q. Can I register from my iPad or iPhone?
A. Unfortunately, the seat selection system does not function on the iPad or iPhone.
Q. What kind of Internet connection is needed?
A. At a minimum 512 kb/s down, 256 kb/s up. At least 1 Mb/s down, 512 kb/s up is recommended. A standard cable
or ADSL is sufficient.
Q. What technologies need to be enabled for this to work?
A. You need to have the following enabled:
• JavaScript
• Cookies
Q. Is flash required?
A. Flash is required for non-critical portions of the registration system.
Q. I can’t log in, and I just reset my password?
A. Check that cookies are enabled.
Q. How will I receive my confirmation email?
A. Once your registration and payment are processed, you will receive an email confirmation from
[email protected] within a couple minutes. If you use a SPAM filter, please make sure you add
this email address to your “safesenders” or other list so that it is not filtered out. The confirmation email may have
accidentally arrived in your “Junk Mailbox."
