rental policy
Below is an abbreviated list of our rental policies. Questions can be answered by one of our Event Rental
Consultants. Please call 1 (888) 2 Rent Us (273-6887) or email us at [email protected].
• Delivery rates are based upon the location of your event.
• Normal delivery hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm. Anything outside of these times may incur
additional delivery fees.
• We request that any changes to your rental order or delivery instructions be made 48 hours prior to
your scheduled delivery date.
• Changes made after the order has shipped will incur an additional delivery charge.
• We will deliver our equipment to one location and pick up from the same location.
• It is the client’s responsibility to make sure all equipment is prepared for pickup.
• Delivery does not include set up. Rentals Unlimited can assist in set up or post event breakdown for
an additional fee.
• Once the equipment has been accepted on delivery it is the client’s responsibility to return it in the
same condition. If equipment is returned broken, damaged, or missing we will send an additional
invoice for those items.
• Prices listed within this catalog are based on a single, one day event; extended rentals are charged
accordingly.
• Final counts for custom orders are due 10 business days in advance of the event.
• Retail rental orders require a 20% deposit; a higher deposit may be required for custom products.
• Retail rental orders must be paid prior to delivery; we accept checks and all major credit cards.
